My son and I stayed in Lisnagree B&B, Galway, for some nights in June 2008.
The hostess was friendly and helped us to get reservations for some touristtours with Galway Tours. She was also helpful to get us a cap on our day of leaving.
The room was clean, and the beds were the absolut best on our 12 day trip to Ireland.
Besides the superb beds there was tea/coffee, TV and a hairdryer in the room.
The nice irish breakfast was made for us every morning, and we could help ourselves to a couple of differend cereals, bananas and juice.
The B&B is located in an area of Galway called Newcastle. There is absolutly nothing of interest in the sorroundings, except for a hotel around the corner.
If you're not travelling with a car, it is not a very comfortable place to stay. It is far to long into the city of Galway. It's a 30 minutes walk to the centre.
The public busses does not go very often, so if you miss one, you might have to wait for 1...
