This is a lovely place, great location and..Mary (the owner) is a wonderful person !!!! The property is situated along the cost , just south of Dublin. In 5 minutes you will find yourself at a very long sea promenade!

This place was amazing! It is small pension with just 5 rooms or so. It is actually real home of the owners. So you can see family pictures, owners - couple - prepare fantastic breakfast for you with their own hands... Lovely place with great location just by the sea and with train to Dublin center around the corner.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in June this year. We jumped on the Aircoach at Dublin Airport and it dropped us off at the end of the road in Sandycove. Leaving a very short walk to this lovely B&B. We found Mary & Tony very friendly and helpful. We were allocated a room facing the rear... More

We had a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Lodge. It was our first two days in Ireland, and we were able to explore and rest in good order. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect for exploring the local area and for taking the DART to Dublin.

We arrived early but we were welcomed by Mary who got us quickly into our room. Full breakfast in a delightful dining room with lots of other choices as well. The location was excellent just a one minute walk to the Dublin dart and also the Aircoach drop off and pick up to the airport. Also near the water for... More

We spent 2 nights when weather was quite cold this Sept. Heat in the big bedroom was only on for a few hours in evening so things got a bit cold by morning. also this big room (a very nice size true) wasn't quite "ensuite" like the other rooms. The bathroom, also large was accessed in the hallway next to... More

I am so glad my family and I stayed at Windsor Lodge as the location is beautiful. It is half a block from the water and we took long evening strolls along the water front. We had originally intended to stay in Dublin but had a car and didn't want to worry about parking. The trip into Dublin was easy... More

This is a great Bed & Breakfast. The hosts are a lovely couple and their advice and breakfast are great! The town of Dun Laoghaire was perfect for us and gave us a beautiful reprieve from the busy streets of Dublin. I liked staying here however, I would caution families with young children from staying here. The hostess asked us... More

Host was friendly and chatty. Room was large with reasonable lighting and cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Nice a quiet location. Parking was off road but very tight when the place was full. Sink was small but just about adequate. Breakfast was good - full Irish breakfast, choice of cereals and brown bread. Worth noting that they only accept cash... More

A 25 minute DART (like a tram) ride gets you to a quiet community south of Dublin. Peaceful with all the amenities of restaurants, shops, and friendly people. Neighborhood pubs were delightful. Parking available on site, garden view from our room, and very helpful efficient hosts. While the room was compact the hearts and help from our hosts was expansive.... More
