A lot more character than the average budget hotel! Just opposite the conference centre above a typical Irish pub. The rooms were small, but very clean and with all the expected essentials. Breakfast was excellent.

Fed up with staying in all those non-descript business hotels? This has heaps of character and is bang opposite the conference centre on the other side of the Liffey. Just walk across the bridge and you're there. Not only that, it's a fraction of the price and you get a full breakfast thrown in! Stayed in Room 17 at the... More

This is a very good budget option. The rooms were comfortable if a little small. The breakfast was good plus the bar downstairs was welcoming and fun. The location is decent especially for events in the o2.

Spent St Patricks weekend here. We had 3 rooms, mine being room 6. We had a beautiful view of the Liffey River, convention center and Harp bridge. Accommodations were clean simple and a most comfortable bed. I was quite surprised that our room was very quiet considering there is a happening pub on the main floor that was hopping each... More

We had a bad stay here...the heater wasnt working and we told three people but nobody helped. We had things taken from our room and nobody could help us with that either. Stay away from this place and go sonewhere else. So many other good places to stay

Great atmosphere in this traditional hotel/bar, with great views over the Liffey. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Breakfast is good value, served in a very nice breakfast room on the first floor. Pub on ground floor is traditional Dublin, a customer was singing Irish songs on the night of our stay! Very convenient for a vist to Bord Gais Theatre... More

I stayed in room 6, and the room was nice and spacious and had a great view out to the river Liffey. From one window I could see the new Samuel Beckett bridge, and the convention centre from the other. It was lovely at night time. Didn't spend time in the bar really as I went out to eat at... More

My husband and I stayed four nights in this charming bed and breakfast. Although the room was minimalist, it was clean and served its purpose. The location was great; we enjoyed being a bit outside of the touristy city centre and the authenticity of this older establishment. The breakfast was always enjoyable (full breakfast), and of course, we indulged in... More

My daughter and myself stayed at The Ferryman Hotel for one night in July and enjoyed our stay. Not too far from central Dublin and a lovely river view from our room. The Bord Gais Energy Theatre is right around the corner and the O2 is just across the river so would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dublin and attending... More
