I booked this hotel for my husband and I, as we were going to see the Kodo Drummers in Dublin on Saturday 11.2.12. I previously stayed here a couple of years ago with my sister as we were going to see Michael Buble at the Aviva Stadium when was at the bottom of the street. We paid for an Executive... More

Stayed on a business trip in January 2012, the room was fine, the fixtures all old but ok. The food was plain and they used the same menu every evening in the bar, although the staff were doing their best and kindly made sandwiches to order. Breakfast was very plain and there was no fruit salad. Wifi was 11 euro... More

Stayed here for one night and two days later I am still in a state of shock and don't really know what to do. Enormous bites all over my body - I am disgusted. Have notified the hotel who appear to be taking the matter seriously but I will never go back to any of the D4 hotels. More

I booked this hotel for two nights B & B to attend an event in UCD which was a short drive away. This is essentially two hotels joined together - the Ballsbridge Towers which we stayed in and the Ballsbridge Inn which looked a little more basic. Both hotels are operated through the Ballsbridge Inn reception. As a positive the... More

Thanks for your post, we welcome all customer feedback. I'm disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay with us at the Ballsbridge Towers. Our secure onsite parking does incur a charge, as stated on the reservation confirmations. Most of our customers are happy to pay this for convenience and security and our rates are competitive when compared with the local onstreet... More

The room was spacious and clean. No problems checking in or out. The staff were courteous and helpful. Ballsbridge is a nice upmarket area with plenty of local Restaraunts and Bars to choose from. There's a regular bus service to the city centre, or a taxi will cost approx 7euro. It's only about 20 minutes walk to the centre of... More

Location: Ballsbridge Towers is a 20 minute walk from the city centre. However, we always caught a bus to town (3 euros for both of us) which stopped right outside the hotel and they run every few minutes. The no. 4, 7 and 47 all go to the city centre. The buses only accept the exact change. Taxis cost around... More
