I stayed in this hotel a year ago when i first moved to dublin. I chose it based purely on price and location and wasnt expecting much. The rooms are definitely dated but there is a sense of comfort to them. There was a stale smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor lingering all weekend and the lobby reminded me... More

I recently spent a number of weeks as a paying guest in The Ballsbridge Towers Hotel. I was greatly impressed by the politeness and efficiency of each and every member of the team whom I met during my stay.I was made most welcome. Also,I found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable, and there was more than adequate car parking space... More

Yes - the location is away from the heart of this sort of charmless city (Cork is way nicer)...but that's just the part of this hotels issues. Car park (btw...do NOT drive in Dublin) charges and stale linen get there before the location. On the plus side we encounterted a very helpful man at front desk. I would not recommend... More

Having booked in to this hotel with Sergio the most ignorant member of staff I have ever met, I knew it was going to be a long night. The hotel is fine after that but I advise their management to get rid of this member of staff or they will suffer in the future,,what an ignorant person More

Guests please be aware that this hotel now charges 10.50 Euros per night for car parking - NON REFUNDABLE. This fact is not advertised on any website and greatly increases the cost of staying in this hotel! Not a very pleasant surprise! Shop around. More

Great location if going to an event at Landsdown Road. Based on the south side of the city, few mins by car to St Stephens Green / Grafton Street. Staff at the hotel were lovely and very accommodating. Hotel itself was very pleasant in the main public areas but the rooms were tired and in need of modernisation. Good pub... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here last summer as we were going to see Keith Barry in the Olympia theatre. The hotel is in a lovely area, although out of town , it can be easily accessed using the lansdowne dart or a bus as the bus stops right outside the hotel. Also taxi's to the hotel from the city...
