Stayed for 8 days at the aparments. Got a nice 1 bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Great location with walking distance to all in Dublin. Only downsides: no wi-fi at apartment (or hotel) though promised. The hotel staff directed us to a nearby Internet café at own cost. The front door of the building slams very loudly, so be... more

I don't know where to start! The room was dirty, things broken, filthy walls, I actually refused to stay in first room offered due to, well, human stains on the bed cover. I spilt water from the shower in the second room and when I mopped it up with the white towel it turned brown from the dirt on the... more

Our stay was in apartment 7 from 6th to 9th Apr 2009. Many negatives - the TV didn't work, safe didn't work, no mirrors for drying hair, walls badly marked, areas under kitchen dirty, door of kitchen cupboard falling off, old newspaper still in bedroom wardrobe, bed covers marked and suite in main lounge area was disgustingly marked. If a... more

After reading some of the bad reviews on here, I was starting to regret booking the apartments. I went to Dublin with my boyfriend as a surprise for his birthday, so wanted everything to work out. Check in was at the Hostel behind the apartments, which was fairly easy. Upon arrival in the apartment we both noticed how quiet it... more

We were attracted to the apartments by the low cost, relatively central location and additional facilities (we wanted a kitchen area to avoid eating out all the time and keep down costs) The good bits * Clean * Good price * 15 minute walk to Temple Bar area * Additional space compared to a normal hotel room The not so... more

We arrived in Dublin without having booked any accomodation, and found these apartments on Laterooms.com. The main appeal of the apartments for us was that they had washing machines (we'd been struggling to find laundry facilities in our travels around Ireland!). The reception for the apartments is on a street surrounded by hostels, so it does look a little dodgy... more

I booked this apartment via hotelclub, where you get your deposit paid for you when you register on the site. Was a bit confused when we got to the hotel, there is a hostel next door! but once we had they keys and went to the apartments we were very pleased. we in a 2 bed apartment, after paying for... more

We went with a group of 4. We all didn't know what to expect because we had seen some good and bad reviews on the net but when we arrived, we were so impressed that we wanted to spend the rest of our holiday in the apartment. The facilities are fantastic. We got really excited about the under-floor heating :)... more

We were in Apartment 5, the cons do outweigh the pros but for the money it wasn’t bad and there was nothing too major in the Cons. Pros •Nice to have separate living area. •Nicely fitted kitchen and bathroom. •Quite comfy bed. •Left a note out asking for the TV remote and it was put out for us. •Central location.... more

we stayed here with our two twelve year olds and it was a really good option for a city break. It is well within walking distance of shops and all attractions. We were able to have a DIY breakfast before a day out and because dublin nighlife is obviously aimed at adults we ate supper early and then returned to... more
