Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on 12th & 13th Nov as we were in Dublin visiting friends and attending a show. From the outside I was sceptical about the hotel as it has an unusual facade however from the moment we stepped inside until the minute we left we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. The receptionists were... more

The staff were all wonderful -- friendly, helpful, cheerful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. Those are the best things about this hotel. On first appearances, it looks like a 4 star hotel. However, the beds are hard as sleeping on the floor, the pillows were rocks and the sheets and duvet were not great quality. When we used... more

This hotel looked great on the website. It looked ultra modern, and it was a very good deal. That is until you factor in the distance and travel time from Dublin. The hotel is an hour from the city. there is nothing interesting around it in the slightest. I would recommend paying more and staying in the Temple Bar area.... more

Stayed for one night whilst attending a conference. Very pleasant, clean, reasonably spacious room. Decent sized bathroom. Restaurant fixed price menu was tasty and good value. At 75 Euros including breakfast it was good value for money. I'd stay again if I needed to be in the area, would probably head into the city for a leisure break. more

We booked on a special "stay 2 nights BB with dinner on 1 night" and I honestly couldn't fault our stay - the room was spotless (the head housekeeper must be very good!), the staff were very friendly - and the food was lovely. Portions were great sizes (although the steak was a little bit on the large size with... more

This hotel was everything I expected it to be. I knew that it was going to be far from the city but it really was not that bad. The LUAS stop is just a few blocks away and the hotel offers complimentary shuttle to it. My friend and I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was incredible. Everyone was... more

Stayed here recently for the Ireland match. I have to say ideal spot for anyone traveling up from the country for any event in Dublin. Easy access into the hotel, dont have to worry about driving around the city. Park the car and forget about it. Free & Secure parking. Courtesy transfere to the luas. Last luas back from the... more

Having spotted last few reviews prior to my stay, I was worried about bringing two UK colleagues to this hotel. As a stop off on business travel to Cork, this hotel proved a great find for future. Lovely foyer/reception with fantastic quirky artwork, ideal and spacious enough for short meetings. Bar and restaurant were nice, food was lovely and staff... more

While it is technically rated a 4 star, it shouldn't really be anything above a 2, and the only reason it shouldn't be less than a 2 is it was a clean hotel. The maids did a great job. The location is horrible. The only reason we chose this hotel is because the website said it had an airport shuttle.... more

We had a nice stay, but the rooms were hot both day and night no air conditioning! The free shuttle as advertised by our booking company did not exist- paid the driver 12 euros to go 2 blocks! Staff was very helpful and courteous. The big drawback to this hotel is it's location, you either choose to pay an overpriced... more
