Although this hotel was very difficult to get to due to road works to it was well worth it. Staff were fantastic. I probably would have found fault in things if they hadn't been so nice! The lady on reception (Maria/Marie?) was so friendly and welcoming and provided a bit of banter on check-in. The bar staff continued the banter... More

I stayed here for New Year with 5 friends, as they recommended it from staying the February before. The value was really good considering it was New Year, probably the same amount as a Premier Inn, with a lot more class. The reception area was lovely. The staff were very helpful, on reception and behind the bar. The service was... More

This is a great hotel and other hotel owners and managers take note.. This is how hotels should be. From the moment you walk in to the foyer. . There's is a buzz about the place and a warm and welcome feeling. The reception staff are probably best trained in Dublin. Nothing is a problem and you are met with... More

It was very warm. I have stayed a few times, this was my mother's first visit and she was happy with the hotel. Will be returning in... More

Compliments to the breakfast staff who despite being very busy made sure we got seated quickly. The choice of food was excellent, badly needed coffee supplied with light banter. Well done, nice to see staff pleasant and attentive! We will visit again, set us up for the day ahead!

5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2014

This hotel has good clean rooms, excellent bar and restaurant and is in an excellent location on the outskirts of Dublin. However for me what makes this hotel really good is the fantastic staff who are friendly, professional and offer 5 star service in a 43 to 4 star environment
