Stayed here for one night recently. It wasn't the friendliest reception we've gotten the reception area was very busy with music and people drinking as there was a wedding being held there I could hardly hear the lady at the front desk. Our room was very clean but could do with a bit of maintenance the desk was scratched and... More

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms where spacious and very comfortable big beds. There was free wifi in the hotel, which was fast and not slow loading. I'd a great hotel for events, I was there for a wedding, the food was gorgeous

Myself, my mother in law and 10 of our family members attended the Christmas show at this hotel! Our stay was not a pleasant one from check in. The staff were quite unfriendly,we booked 4 triple rooms and asked could they be on the same corridor(we booked in September) if possible . When we checked in 3 rooms were next... More

I've stayed here a few times before and have no complaints. I really love the restaurant out the front of the hotel, I think it was called Joe's. The hotel is really conveniently placed, it's outside the city but the luas is just down the road from the hotel so it's really easy to get into the city center without... More

I chose this hotel on the basis of other reviews and I have to say I agree with the consensus that the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is a good place to stay. I stayed overnight mid week on business and it wa a relaxed, clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are probably similar to a Premier Inn in quality... More

On arrival to Dublin, me and my partner were very excited to visit this 4 star hotel. However after arriving in Dublin at 11.30 am we didn't actually get to the hotel until 4. We found that the distance was misleading as I didn't know it would be such a long walk from the tram line mentioned. It was such... More

I stay here once a month and this is my second time being over charged for wine. I ordered a bottle of chilean wine, on the menu it is Euro 24.35 and i've been charged 24.95. Service wasn't great tonight in the bar area where food is served. We ordered food and it was brought quite swiftly and no body... More

A pleasing and pleasant stay in this charming hotel. The public areas are beautifully decorated, and the excellent manner to which reception and checking in was handled was good. The welcome was personal and very efficient. My room was adequate if not a little dated. There is an odd curtain arrangement at the windows and sadly it had holes in... More
