Basic but warm and friendly, easy to find, great location with loads of buses passing to City Centre which is approx. 15/20 mins. Communal Tea/Coffee area. I didn't have breakfast as I was a room only guest, will stay again!

My son and I stayed in November. Clean room and bathrooms, area is quiet, transit tight in front, cafe/drugstore/pub/grocer a couple blocks away. FAR from city of Dublin. Breakfast was good, only offered 7:30p-9:30 so if you wanted to sleep in you were out of luck. Walls between rooms are paper thin so that is not always great. Host not... More

Simple but nice and quiet place. Nice host. Nice breakfast. Nothing special but will do the job - you'll have place to stay and sleep on a budget in Dublin. One tip for what to do in the area. If you like to get away from Dublin, walk to Killester train station and take the train to Howth town -... More

First the positive. The place was clean and the plumbing works although the shower spray is quite light. Another positive is that they turned on the radiator heat at night. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we had an early flight and could not stay for it. We suggested to Paul that maybe he could pack something we could... More

We stayed here one night before our St. Patrick's Day tour started. We slept well and walked down to a local pub that evening after a long nap. Breakfast was good and the owner gave us a drive to our hotel in Dublin. Very nice and worked out great!

I stayed for two nights in a single en suite room. Everything was nice about my stay. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower hot, breakfast very tasty, owner super cool and helpful. I stayed wo car, but the bus stop is literally right outside the bnb. Didn't go into Dublin nighttime, so no idea about how the buses run at... More

Lovely house and really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and comfortable and had great fun chatting with Paul, especially about music. Great stay here and in Dublin. Will stay here for our visits to Dublin.

Well what can I say stayed here for 2 whole weeks and food was fantastic there's no argument there but room 1 was HEALTH hazardous! Walk in the smell of fungus growing on the ceiling of the toilet because was bad air conditioning and to much condensation and dampness was unbearable! The tv and shelves were not even nearly dusted... More

I stayed here last year when I came to Dublin for a funeral. It was a hard time for me, and I booked at the last minute. Paul knew the reason I was there, and he remained throughout; entirely discreet, humble, polite and accommodating. It is warm, comfy, and was all I needed. The bathrooms are not the best, but... I stay here every time I visit Dublin, which is usually for a show, concert or a match. It is perfect for getting access to anywhere in the city. Lovely and comfortable and great breakfast as always. I was even late for a concert this time that I was going to and Paul dropped me down to the O2 arena.... More
