Had a lovely stay, everyone was extremely helpful in any queries that we had, and staff was easy to get along with. Overall an excellent stay, would definitely come back again. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was in brilliant location, very close to important means on transportation, sites and also close to the City Centre. Thank you for... More

Brilliant location and very very helpful staff. Upon arrival I found the bathroom sink was a bit dirty but as soon as I told the staff it was sorted. Wifi was a bit intermittent in the front bedroom but any information I needed was provided by the friendly reception staff. As we were in the front bedroom there was a... More

We have been in Ireland and have stayed at 6 different hotel/b&b's in 8 days. We stayed in room 21. It's in the newer section we were told, away from Gardiner St. We had the windows open all night and slept very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, clean, and soft linens. The bathrooms were amazing! Gorgeous marble stone and... More

We stayed here as a group of 4 friends. It's very convenient for the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. The room was large and plenty of space for 4 ladies to get ready comfortably. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. This is an old Georgian House so there are noises from other moving across hallways etc but that... More

We have spent 4 nights. Very good service and comfortable location, near to airport bus stop and attractios of the city. I suggest it to all people that want to visit Dublin is few days. Shopping centre at the zone and conveniene place to have a breakfast or lunch. People of staff was very nice and available of our requests.

I travelled with my colleague. We got a quiet small room. Everything was clean. The central heating worked well - we appreciated this because of cold weather outside. Also the shower had hot water. The location of accommodation is great - we walked everywhere by food. We didn't have time to try breakfast. Stuff was very kind and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was disappointed based on previous reviews. I specifically asked for a quiet room but we were given a small room on the front of the building overlooking a very busy road with no double glazing to reduce the noise. The location is very good for access to the bus station, train station, DART and... More

If you are looking for a semi-cheap b&b with a good location this is for you. However, this was the worst bed I have ever slept on and woke up with an aching back from an awful nights sleep every night. The breakfast wasn't unbearable but not the typical charming breakfast you would expect from a b&b. The dining room... More

Pleasantly surprised at the lovely facilities here, and great price and location too. Staff friendly and welcoming, room was perfect. I didn't have time to try the breakfast. Very clean, and even biscuits in the room and barrys tea bags :-) . The room was very quiet, which is also great to have in such a central location. The location... More
