I use this hotel as second home due of the fact I work in the neighborhood. The staff is helpful and very friendly and provide an excellent service. Rooms are clean and the free fast Wi-Fi internet is an added value. Guy

Me and my husband stayed at the Kingswood hotel on 21st March. We received excellent service all round from the reception to the waitress at dinner time. All the staff were indeed very helpful and had a great attitude. A bus at the front gates takes you right into the city center. Comfortable and clean rooms accompanied by good food... More

I have stayed in Kingswood Hotel several times due to the convenient location, however this is the first time I'm writing the review as I find that this hotel has changed a lot since new owners came on board. On arrival I met very hands on general manger who offered me a coffee while I was waiting for the room.... More

While you can't really beat the price especially for st Patrick's I was disappointed by the weird smell in the room coming from the sheets and asked for a change of sheets and it didnt happen.. Also it's an hour long commute into the city which isnt too bad. They aren't lying that it's an awkward 15 min walk to... More

Very clean in all respects, exceptionally helpful and pleaseant Staff. Room was excellent in all respects, great Shower/Bath. We had one small problem with a radiator but it was dealt with immediately. Had two evening meals which... More

We stayed in the hotel over the New Year period. Accommodation was excellent, very clean in all areas. Staff were great, always smiling and very helpful (even managing to get us booked into a new year Celtic show last minute). The food was really nice, good selection on the breakfast menu. I have stayed in many hotels across the world... More
