We stayed here in June after having sleepless nights at a nearby hotel and it was bliss. 10 to 15 mins walk from the centre of town but still far away to be very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are nicely decorated and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very good Irish Breakfast and more than enough choice to please... more

Baggot Court Townhouse was adequate. On the plus side the location was good - about 10 mins walk to St Stephens Green and we were assured by local taxi drivers the area was safe to walk in at night. (single mum with 10 year old daughter so this was important). Don't expect Irish hospitality if you stay here. The staff... more

The staff at the Baggot Court were great. We were a group of six and they couldn't have been more helpful. They assisted us in making dinner reservations and giving us advice. They even contacted us about some items we left by mistake. The rooms were on the small side but clean. We did not spend much time in the... more

We got a three night weekend special at Baggott Court, which was a good value for the price in the special. The location was excellent, the breakfast good and filling and the staff helpful during our stay. With the weekend or a similar special, I'd recommend it. more

This townhouse is an absolute must, as they say on their website a home from home. We were visiting Dublin for a week and heard about this townhouse from friends who had stayed there for the New Year. It was lovely to be greated at the front door by a friendly face. We were upgraded to a Large Double room... more

We booked the reservation over 6 weeks in advance but still wound up with perhaps the crappiest room offered at Baggot Court. Top floor, 4 flights of stairs, no lift. The sink was plugged-up when we got there. The price was high, the room was small and the breakfast left A LOT to be desired. It seems that the only... more

A lovely townhouse, as it says a few minutes walk from St. Stephens Green, so not too noisy. The room had a flat screen TV, tea & coffee facilities, proper hairdryer (which is hard to find these days) and a large bathroom, just outside the door there was a trouser press and an iron and ironing board available, I could... more

Had a two night stay at Baggot Court and thought it was fine. It is a converted Georgian Terrace house, formerly owned by the Lord Mayor of Dublin and directly opposite the birthplace of Francis Bacon. We were on the top floor. There is no lift, but taking cases upstairs is no real hardship. Other reviewers might note that this... more

We stayed here intermittently over a 12 day period, and found it acceptable, but just barely. The location is its strongest point; it's located just a few minutes walk from St. Stephens Green (a gorgeous park), and within easy walking distance of Temple Bar and Trinity College. A few downsides: No elevator (the first night, our room was on the... more

My husband and I, traveling with a friend, stayed here for 2 nights. We had to book at the last minute due to a change in our arrival because of a threatened Aer Lingus strike. After staying here, we saw why it was one of the few B & Bs in Dublin that had open rooms on short notice. The... more
