Staying at Donnybrook Hall was one of the highlights of my trip last year. In Dublin for a conference at UCD but also on holiday, the location was an easy bus ride to everywhere I wanted to go. Terry and his family were warm and welcoming from the start. They took the time to help me figure the transit, provided... More

I highly recommend Donnybrook Hall, the host Terry was very kind (so was the rest of the staff), the breakfast was so rich I didn't get hungry until the evening. The house is really nice, it doesn't look like an average hotel or b&b but just like an normal house, which made me feel very comfortable as I am usually... More

Stayed here for 3 days, Terry the host was excellent, extremely helpful and accommodating, the breakfast excellent with a good choice, about 15 minutes to city centre on bus ( stop 200 yds from hotel ) so a quiet location, if looking for this type of accommodation would recommend.

Lovely welcome after a ridiculously long journey, thanks to British Airways, and was immediately offered a much appreciated cup of tea along with loads of useful local information. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Large choice at breakfast and Terry made sure we wanted for nothing. Donnybrook Hall is situated a couple of miles from the centre of... More

I stayed here for one night but was very impressed by the customer service and comfortable surroundings. My room was quiet, cosy and clean. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, good coffee and a choice of hot dishes. When the taxi service said that they were delayed, one of the staff offered me a lift in her own car. It was... More

When in Dublin Donnybrook Hall is the place to stay if you want a real homely place with a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and very cosy.
