Our first visit to Dublin and we couldn't have stayed in a more friendly place with a really helpful team, nothing was too much trouble and the information on things to do was excellent. Would really recommend Donnybrook to anyone! Lovely place lovely people.

We (two mummys and two daughters) stayed down in Dublin for the horse show and we were looking for somewhere that wasn't too expensive. This B and B was perfect for our needs. We booked a family room. It was approx. 15 minutes walk to the RDS. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Martina packed us scones... More

We had the chance for an extended layover in Dublin, and stayed one night at Donnybrook Hall. The guesthouse was very nice, with comfortable rooms, at at price that was very reasonable for this area of Dublin. The real strength was the staff, with Terry being exceptionally gracious, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with Terry customizing it for... More

As a long time lurker on trip advisor I felt I'd be doing Donnybrook Hall & injustice if I didn't write a few words about my stay here. It was by far and away the best place I stayed during my 10 day stay in Ireland. A real welcoming and homely B&B situated a short stroll away from Dublins City... More

Donnybrook Hall is a very pleasant, family-run B&B which offers good value for money in comparison with the usual expensive Dublin prices. The owner and staff are very attentive and helpful. The standard of cleanliness is high. Breakfast is excellent, always with a wide choice, though you should get down there early if you have a tight schedule as they... More

The B&B itself, the facilities, the location, breakfast and the staff are great. Donnybrook Hall is a worthy alternative to a city centre hotel. However do not stay in room 7. It is beside the kitchen and a path to rooms at the back runs alongside. I was woken early by the sound of breakfast preparations and staff running up... More

We had mixed feelings about this place. Denis, a Brazilian employee was great; really helpful and comical though the lounge, where he served us coffee and cake, was a little tired looking. Our bedroom was like a granny flat in the garden, pleasant and clean. Breakfast room was a bit cramped, though we got a little table in the conservatory;... More

Really nice family run B&B situated within walking distance of Dublin City centre. Terry, the owner, was really nice and very helpful and left no stone unturned to make our stay at Donnybrook hall a pleasant one. Really nice place to stay.

Stayed for the night on July 4th. Warm getting upon arrival and offered tea and scones (which I was in too much of a rush to be able to sample - but a lovely touch). Convenient parking, lovely room and good location. Superbly helpful and friendly staff and a most hospitable host in Terry and his staff. Will definitely visit... More

Terry, Martina & Debbie are wonderful hosts! The B&B is in an upscale neighborhood of Dublin and a lovely 30 minute walk from the center of the city (through St. Stephen's Square). There are also several buses close by that go right into city center. Terry recommended the walk into the city and we are so glad we took his... More
