We had an amazing stay at Quince Cottage. An excellent and very warm welcome was provided by Brandon with fresh tea and scones. We were a bit tired and wet from hiking in the Wicklow Mountains, so that is a welcome we'll never forget. The rooms were bright, spacious and confortable. Brandon and Paula went out of there way, making... More

We booked with Quince Cottage for our first 2 nights in Ireland and it was the best start to our trip. We were greeted warmly (even though we were early) and offered tea and coffee and something to eat. Our room was ready and we were happy to freshen up after a long flight. Brendan was happy to talk with... More

I chose Quince Cottage from reviews on Tripadvisor and definitely were not disappointed with my choice. Brendan welcomed us with a cup of tea and delicious cake which was much appreciated after a day of driving. We stayed in the "Studio Apartment" and it was a delight to come home to each day. Breakfast was wonderful and a great start... More

Location is less than a 5 minute walk from LUAS and grocery store. The LUAS is a 20 minute ride in to St Stephens Green. Brendan was fantastic. Picked us up from the LUAS on our first night in and dropped us off at one of the restaurants close by the same night. He is so friendly and full of... More

My husband & I just returned from an 8-might stay in the "Studio" suite at Quince Cottage, and Brendan, Paula, & Mairead couldn't have done anything more to make our stay more comfortable! We are loyal users of Tripadvisor & rely a great deal on these ratings, so we were definitely not disappointed with the reviews & ratings of Quince... More

Convenient, with good wireless internet, a helpful host who is happy to provide directions and advice. Excellent breakfasts with full Irish, smoked salmon, crumpets and more to choose from. Good bathrooms - modern, pristine and good water pressure. And the nearby restaurant, The Step Inn, is modern with great food (despite it's uninspiring name). My twin room had two double... More

We spent 4 nights at "Quince Cottage" in August 2011. In our opinion this is the best place to stay in Dublin. The rooms, the breakfast room and the lounge are comfortable and cosy.,breakfast is delicious. The tram takes you into Dublin centre in 20 minutes. What a pleasure to return to this quiet neighbourhood after a day in the hustle... More

My first time to Ireland and after seriously considering staying at the Westin Dublin, I was quickly talked out of it by a friend of mine who lives just south of Dublin city centre. He said I’d be far better off in at a B&B away from the confusion. He suggested Quince Cottage for all the great reviews and awards.... More
