My son and I arrived at 5 as planned. We were greeted by Brendan who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The B&B was clean, welcoming and very nicely set up. Parking was available off road. We took the Tram into the city to go to the Guinness Brewery tour. It was a 5 min walk to the tram... More

I have just returned to Australia after having stayed at Quince Cottage first for 5 nights and then 4 nights later on. Brendan is the best host, even arriving at 9.30pm was not a hassle for him and there waiting for me were scones, butter and jam, what a wonderful welcome! Quince Cottage is in a great location, close to... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this amazing B&B. We were greeted with warm scones, coffee, and tea. It was comfortable, incredibly clean, warm and inviting. The host had great suggestions for places to eat and drew maps for us to find them. The tram to Dublin stops right near the house and brings you right to the city center.... More

Clean and well cared for B & B. The owners, Brendan and Paula are so friendly and helpful. Quince Cottage is within walking distance of the Lewis line tram to take you into Dublin. We will hopefully return to Ireland and will definitely be staying here again.

I don't think it's possible to share just how wonderful our three-night stay at Quince Cottage was ! Brendan could not do more to be of kind and genuine assistance in every area, even to dropping us at the local ( highly recommended Johhny Foxes Pub ) in the evening for dinner. His kindness, thoughtfulness and attention to detail could... More

We had a wonderful stay at Quince Cottage; all thanks to Brendan and Paula. Brendan was a brilliant host and could not do enough for us ; the accommodation and breakfasts were excellent and the freshly baked scones outstanding! We are really pleased to thank both for their excellent hospitality and great help during our stay and we could not... More

We only stayed one night in this most comfortable and enjoyable B&B and now wish we had spent more time here and visiting Dublin. Brendan was a most hospitable host, providing tips for our visit to Dublin, commuting on the LUAS and for eating locally. The room was spotless, the breakfast very nice, the extras welcome and the beds and... More

We just spent 15 nights here visiting from the US (our 2nd visit) waiting for some construction to be finished on our son's house and waiting for their new baby. Brendan and Paula were so welcoming and understanding of our day to day situation and made us feel relaxed and ok about not knowing when we might be leaving. They... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Quince Cottage in early Dec 2014. Brendan gave us a very warm welcome and lots of helpful information about local eateries and places to visit. The property is comfortable, warm and inviting. The cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious, definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and the service was friendly and... More
