Stayed 2 nights at this hotel staff was very friendly, but here are some disappointing bits. There is no lift at this hotel which meant me climbing 3 flights of stairs each time going to the room. If booking with this hotel I would recommend the first floor rooms. Bed mattress was very hard to sleep on and did not... More

Although it is perfectly situated, this hotel is horrific during the summer heat. No air conditioning is one thing, however our "view" was of the adjacent office air con units that pumped hot air into our room. The hotel is dated and requires serious renovation works, however it is a 2 star and we only stayed one night so it... More

We stayed 2 nights in a family room for 4. The staff was exceptional! They were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great little hotel in an excellent location with a truly delightful staff.

Shared bathrooms? I know we were only paying €30 a night.. but, come on! Extremely unhygienic. The rooms were uncomfortably warm and impossible to sleep in. The window hardly opened.. and, when we eventually managed to force it open, we had to use the bin to keep it open! Not very practical, to say the least. No lift, which meant... More

We came up for a short stay and I cannot say enough about the staff - so polite and helpful, special mention to the front desk manager- I think his name was peter - he was amazing. He offered to store our bags for the day when we checked out which allowed us to roam the city for the day... More

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful during our stay. My family were planning trips out of Dublin on 2 occasions during our 7 day trip to Ireland. The hotel kindly offered us to leave our suitcases at the hotel instead of lugging it around. The room was big enough and was equip with the essentials and... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. 2 adults and 2 kids. Pros: - Very good location, walking distance to a lot of attractions, tour buses stop steps away from the front door, walking distance to a lot of attractions - Large room with two separate sleeping areas and 1.5 baths - Very friendly and accommodating staff - Inexpensive... We were staying in rooms 326 and 325… Friday 28th - Sunday 30th June. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped, in fact better than I expected, yes a little tired. The reception staff were top class...friendly, helpful and ready to impart local knowledge. The lack of lift was made up for by help by staff in carrying our... More

We stayed here 2 nights with a party of 9 people and had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, in particular Bernie, is welcoming and knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations. They have the best room set-up for families--one room had 3 doubles and one with 3 singles. The hotel is located across the street from Trinity... More

I had to stay in Dublin on business and choose this hotel as it was one of only a handful that was available. Staff are excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I requested a quiet room away from bar/restaurant and night club and I was given room 211. The room was away from all of these but unfortunately there were some... More
