We stayed a long weekend in Kildale street hotel. We ended up here because we booked late: all reasonably priced hotels were full because of a big conference in Dublin. We had a spacious but ridiculously expensive room on the 3d (top) floor, with a view on the gardens of trinity college. We were at the end of the hallway,... More

My mother and I went to stay at the Kildare Street Hotel for one night as we were attending a concert. On arrival we were told that there was one shared bathroom per hallway which had around 10 rooms, which wasn't advertised. We were very disappointed as everyone deserves their privacy for showering and using the toilet and not being... More

Sorry for the belated review! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights in March, Saturday to Tuesday. I cannot fault the place, everything was perfect. This was my first city break and I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it couldn't have been any nicer. The staff were exceptional, very polite and ever so willing to go... More

The building itself is older and so the rooms and bathrooms are too. However, the rooms are quite comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. This place is all about location. Just a few minutes walk to Trinity College and St Stephen's Green and about 10 min to the Temple Bar area.

Location was great and hotel was very clean. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. Only downfall was the hotel was a little older/outdated and it was freezing in the room. Also there is no elevator. Wifi was also very slow.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just by Trinity College & the National Library & museums. Our room was spacious, had a roomy en suite bathroom, a very comfortable bed, & was quiet being at the back of the hotel. There was the hum of air conditioning from ?adjoining buildings, but this being constant, didn't disturb us at all. The view... More

Just back from an awesome girls weekend away in Dublin. We were met with a warm welcome and able to offload our bags at the hotel after an early flight into Dublin so that we could go and explore until our room was available. Room was perfectly decent and sharing between 4 of us only worked out at around £45... More

Tidy and well kept rooms and location was central. Only option to get to different floors was by stairs, with a very heavy suitcase and no offer of assistance from staff to help get suitcase to third floor, I thought it odd there was no elevator.

This is a dreary, worn out place even with the very nice staff, one of which lugged my suitcases up the stairs. Our first room faced the roof behind the building And the sound of an airconditioner kept my husband awake so the room was too hot with the window closed. I think the room has been renovated (badly)as it... More
