I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. I was here recently for a birthday party everything was wrong the people that were having a party they weren't allowed to give cake to their guests as the staff said its against the rules that they couldn't cut the cake. And the staff weren't very helpful as the staff weren't letting the... More

I have stayed in this hotel many times and i love it. Not only for its welcoming and accommodating staff but also the fact of it's superb location, its right in the heart of dublin. Henry Street is only around the corner which is ideal for shopping and it is parallel to Trinity college, the home of the book of... More

Stayed here with husband and daughter for one night. Room was spotless and staff were very friendly.. I thought it was very good value, especially for Dublin.theres a quaint pub adjoining the restaurant, we did not eat anything here as chef left early, but overall would not mind staying here again.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly relieved, especially because we did have a room with an attached private bathroom. I agree with the many comments about the wonderful staff. They are friendly and professional and also very personable, so we felt most welcome upon arrival and each time we came in... More

The hotel is very well located, right in front of Trinity College and walking distance from anywhere in the centre, including shopping area and Temple Bar district. However, the place has a pub that plays loud music (also live music) from about 21:30 until past midnight. The music can be heard very loud in the rooms (we were in room... More

Stayed in Dublin with my girlfriend for her to get laser eye surgery. From the minute we checked in the chap at reception was helping us out, taking our bags for storage and getting our room ready early for my girlfriend after her surgery at midday. The guy at reception was rushing about with deliveries, checking people in and out,... More

The is a great budget choice - especially for the young and able or the thin and fit. In fact, it is a little gem. I wanted to put these words first because I have read some other reviews of this hotel and I found them to be a little bit unfair. This is a budget hotel, for its class... More

A group of us ladies went on a shopping trip especially to christmas markets, had a duplex room, which was great, a large bedroom downstairs and same upstairs, perfect. Reception staff very helpful, would certainly recommend this hotel.
