Stayed for two weeks. Very good, clean, comfortable. Great comfy bed. First class shower. Close enough to city center but might be better suited for working or touring south Dublin. Bus stop outside the door is very convenient, it's a good idea to get a leap card.

Nina and Monica were helpful to us in so many ways, too many to list! The Abrae was so convenient, just a couple of blocks to the bus stop that took us to City Center in about 15 minutes. Comfy, clean room, great breakfast, quiet neighborhood, great price..the perfect place to call "home" when staying in Dublin!

My partner and myself were staying at this bnb for one night. When we arrived the parking was very limited but available. We were greeted by Monica who was friendly but gave us little information other than showing us to our room. We were not informed of what time breakfast was at or what time we had to check out... This was my first time staying at this address. I was pleasantly surprised at what was on offer. The house itself is a beautiful house very well presented and from the moment you enter you feel at home. Rathgar is an excellent location. In terms of value for money again hard to beat. Nina provides first class service and is... More

Very nice budget accommodation. Room a bit dated but very clean with a decent sized fridge, free wifi and a good selection of toiletries. The location is quiet & offers free, secure but limited parking. Only complaint was that on check-in we were just shown to our rooms. No information whatsoever given such as breakfast/check-out times etc. Although breakfast was... More

This is a very good value, clean, secure and well served B&B. The rooms (I stayed here twice for short visits) were clean and nicely decorated, and the location is quiet, felt very safe, and is well served by local shops and a few eating establishments. The main public room is very grand, and was a very pleasant place to... More

I found a nice place and lovely people. We were there just one night and we didn't have any problem. Very quiet and handy place. The only controversy is: if is a BED and BREAKFAST, why the breakfast is not included?
