Shower stall was the tiniest I have ever encountered (and I have encountered some tiny ones!), but otherwise room was clean, staff were friendly, and it was a good place to spend my last night before heading back home from Dublin airport the next day.

I was surprised about how nice this hotel was! We had a long lay-over in Dublin and wanted to sleep in a bed rather than the airport! I chose this hotel for the value. You get a little bit more than you pay for! The hotel is opened 24 hours, which was a major plus since our flight was delayed... More

....the staff make the place what it is!.....from the colourful conversations by Micheal the driver when he picked us up at the airport(he still owes me veges from his allotment lol), you're welcomed by the the fantastic team at reception, Samatha with her calmness and professional etiquette, to Andrea with her bubbly personality, Kristel, who's always willing to assist whenever... I stayed here one night on business and was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and comfortable, with an excellent shower. I did not find the electrical "box" mentioned by others a problem--mine didn't make a noise, and the electrical outlets worked without the key card inserted. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was... More

A family group met and stayed at this hotel prior to departing on a cruise holiday. This hotel was indeed basic but absolutely met all our needs, we got secure parking for the cars for the week in a locked parking lot, rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was well presented and tasty. Staff very friendly and courteous, even on... More

A lift that makes a noise like a buzz saw which I could hear in my room and I was 30/40 meters away, an 'electric box/junction' that made a noise when the key card was inserted to turn the electrics on in the room and an hotel that looks much better online that it does in reality. I chose this... More

W had to wait almost 3/4 hour for bus from airport. Were told that we should have phoned to let them know. No charge to hotel, 5 euros on return. The receptionist was excellent - very friendly and helpful. We were going into Dublin and she gave us the correct change for the bus to and from the city. The... More

I have stayed on business at several Dublin airport hotels before but this is the worst Firstly had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle bus from airport whilst seeing all the other hotel buses come round twice in that time On arrival at the hotel which is quite away from airport, check in was ok but not exactly friendly and... Dear Jody, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding our property. I am of course very disappointed to hear about your negative experience. We are offering a park & fly service for non-residents in our underground car parks for several years, filling hundreds of spaces every week. Thanks to extensive signage and detailed information provided, it... More

I have only ever used this hotel as a transit hotel. I cannot comment on the usefulness for being a tourist, but from a transit experience it was fantastic. 10 mins to the airport, great bar to relax in and free wifi. Just bear in mind that the transit is not free. There is a €2 charge each way which... More
