I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last two years and have always found it very convenient for the airport, as well as parking, and excellent value. I stayed twice within a couple of weeks recently, however, and found that things have slipped a little in terms of service and restaurant quality. On my most recent visit, I... more

We checked into the hotel at about 10 pm for a flight the following morning at 7 am The first problem is that the hotel has a problem with signage making it difficult to see at night Then we arrived and checked in to a room on the 4th floor We were hit with a wall of stale smoke on... more

If you're just looking for someplace clean and practical to put your head down for the night before a flight, this is perfect. This hotel is in a great location for the airport. Its one of those generic and impersonal hotels but it has everything you need and the rooms are nice. Also right next to IKEA. more

We had a 10am flight out of Dublin and needed to be at the airport a few hours before. We found this hotel to be a great bargain and only a 10-15 min travel time with the shuttle bus. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was for the price!! We arrived in from Co Mayo... more

We stayed in this hotel the night before getting an early flight from the airport. We paid €58 for the room, so I wasn't expecting much, but in fairness, we got excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room wasn't huge but was clean and well equipped, and the food and drink in the bar were... more

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with two weeks in between them. Rooms were fine, breakfast was fine, courtesy bus from and to the airport was excellent, city bus to the centre was near the hotel, very convenient. So no problems at this point. However.. in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off. Just a... more

You talk about 5 Stars this hotel Condo's is like a Penthouse. Just beautiful. We stayed on the 11th floor with the most fantastic view. The price was the cheapest in Ireland I believe. They had enough beds to take care of my family of 5 at no extra cost. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and Washer... more

I had same problem in finding the shuttle bus as other travelers-I never did find the courtesy phone .Phoned on mobile-huddled from wind and rain in bus shelter waiting for bus for one hour-phoned again and bus did come. I later discovered that unless you read the back of the bus -and numerous buses for different hotels come and go... more

3 friends and myself stayed in one of the apartments which is attached to the hotel. We arrived in the afternoon for a one night stay before our flight back home to the states. Dear sir/madam Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, in relation to your comments about the neighbourhood i can confirm that while some parts are undergoing redevelopment and can have an unfinished look, the area in general is part of a 2.5 billion investment involving a brand new shopping centre, IKEA store, another hotel, numerous new...
