I stayed in a private room. It was tiny (hey, it's a hostel) but everything was clean and worked fine and I slept well without being disturbed by noise. The hostel in general seems clean, safe and very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent price for a room right in the middle of the city. Left luggage facilities, a... More

Due to the room shortage, choose the dorm room for one night and the private room for another night. The location of the hostel is great but dorm room was so noisy because of the room near the street and can hear all sound from the street. However, the private room was so great and very quiet and clean. It's... More

Very close to bars and pub crawl purposes. Place is also good for last minute booking in Dublin. Pictures are always deceiving. Toilet and shower old and not in best conditions. Can get noisy outside, and it's not a good idea to close windows with 12 people in dormitory. Still a nice place to meet new people and use internet.

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are pretty basic, beds and a cage for each person to lock away their case and valuables. The cages need a padlock, you can buy one at reception for 5 euros or bring your own. Very nicely decorated. There is a female and a male toilet on each floor and... More

It is a very good hostel for this price. Great location and nice conditions. I would definitely recommend it and choose it again :) Staff is helpful and kind, also if you have the time go for a free walking tour! There are lockers in rooms but remember to bring your own lock ;)

Difficult to rate this place, some things are very good but others let it down. Location is A+, located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance and nice river views. The beds were reasonably comfortable (it is a hostel after all) with fresh linen and the rooms were clean, the hostel had quirky bright common area's... More

This hostel was Generally clean, fresh bed linen, good kitchen opening hours, great staff, had a good night's sleep But this place could be cheaper. The kitchen area could be more modern and done up a bit. It needs more kettles.

My boyfriend and I booked an ensure double room at Abbey Court. When we arrived it was too early for check in so we left our bags on the baggage room and went out for the day! When we came back we checked in and were told to go out of the hostel and the door to our part of... More

Found it quite difficult to rate this one as some things are brillant but there are just too many of the basics that are missing or compromised to rate it better than average. Firstly the location is fantastic, just round the corner from O'Connell Street and O'Connell's bridge it's really conveinient for Temple Bar, the airport buses and tour buses... More

Hey there. Thank you kindly for the review and for all of your positive comments. With regard to water pressure - it is usually perfect. However we had an issue with the water over the weekend due to the council messing around with pipes. They gave us no forewarning and it was completely out of our control. We were disgusted... More

What do I expect from a Hostel? A bed, an outlet+electricity, and water. What did we end up with? We were shorted beds, had two outlets but no stable electricity and then no water. Also- the fabulous breakfast... Not so fabulous. My recommendation, go somewhere else.
