Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights on Aug 4 & 5. Complained of cold showers to staff but nothing was done either nights - in fact, their maintenance staff stated there was nothing wrong with the shower. It was miserable for our family. Front desk staff was nice but I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

22 degrees outdoors 30 in hotelroom all night, and the window cut not open very much. No Places to put our clothes. The roomcleaning was very fine and also the reception was good as well. Wery good location. Your best wishes Mariann and Jan Nielsen

Because if you're in the back part of the hotel there simply won't be enough room. Room was not the size of a double, just a double bed shoved into a single room. Bathroom ceiling had mould on it, shower was like getting into a shoe box where it was so cramped. The bathroom sink had a massive crack in... More

The rooms are very noisy, you can hear the neighbours and when someone uses some water, you can hear a machine working. And the shower was very bad. Sometimes there was very cold water, a minute later there was very hot water! It was worse!

Paid 180 euro for a standard triple room which was simply far far too expensive and very unclean! The room was smaller than my bedroom and just not up to standard for the price we paid! Mould on the bathroom wall, stained bedsheets, a random brick sitting in the corner, a dirty sock from a previous customer down one side... More

Myself and two friends stayed for one night in this B&B and as we are all students we are used to living in basic rooms but this B&B was disgusting. Firstly when we arrived we were charged 180 EURO!! for one nights stay in the most disgusting room I have ever seen. The hotel was extremely overpriced and the room... More

I booked a single ensuite, and got an OK sized room with a minuscule, but functioning bathroom facing the street. The bed was good, the WiFi worked and the noise from the street was bearable. The staff was friendly and professional, and could arrange things like wake-up calls and taxis. The location a few minutes away from O'Connell Street is... More

Very clean, centrally located and on the 747 bus from the airport. We travelled to Dublin 2 days prior to the start of our event (Wicklow Way pilgrimage) and one day after our event. The first stay, we received the room we requested, it was clean. But smokers outside the window prevented keeping the windows open -- even overnight as... More

I and my fellow travellers stayed here for 1 night and booked a family room and a twin room as all of us could not fit in the one room. Upon arrival, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating as they allowed us to keep our bags in a storage room until check in later that day. Furthermore, they informed... More
