Convenient to city, Airport & Dublin port. Neat and tidy with lots to choose for our (continental) breakfast. We had a twin room en-suite at back so no traffic noise. Ideal for business or holiday base or city break. Private off-road parking. Professionally run by Michael and friendly staff, but with no fuss or interference.

Located on main road from city centre to airport with bus stop for both nearby as are shops, bars & restaurants. inexpensive by overpriced Dublin weekend "standards". However plugs, kettle, bedside light & shower heater didn't work. Cold shower at 6am on a cool autumn's morning is not the most pleasant. I had to leave before 7am so I didn't... More

I stayed here to attend a conference in the nearby college. I was trying to save some money by staying in a B and B rather than a hotel. I was in an upper front room facing the road. The room was quite cold for September, I couldn't find any facility to put the heating on. The television was small,... More

Booked this on a €40 special off reduction and while the reviews here were mixed I found the place excellent, good location and I am guessing we had the best room in the place as it was massive and for 3 not the 2 I had paid for! Lovely huge windows that let the sun in and the bathroom was... More

This was our first stay in a Bed and Breakfast. We were very impressed with the people and the cleanliness. You have to take a bus to City Center but we thought this was a good experience. There were local shops and pubs within walking distance and we enjoyed those as well.

What a great find! This B&b is in Clontarf, a quiet part of Dublin, a stone's throw away from the bicycle and walking path next to the harbor. It rests on a tree line street, but is close to a Main Street so you can take the 130 bus into town. The hosts are very welcoming and provide lots of... More

This B&B was clean and reasonably priced via internet. Well-kept and noticeable attention to detail. 15 minute bus ride from City Center. Downsides: cable fuzzy, hot water iffy, and the staff appeared unresponsive. During 2 days stay, they pretty much disappeared and ignored the notes I left for them, causing me to be unsure of my ongoing plans. Not sure... More

My experience started when I phoned after booking to see how far the Aviva stadium was from the B&B. The phone call was answered with a gruff 'Hullo' and nothing else. I asked how to get to the Aviva stadium from the B&B. 'Never heard of it' he replied. It used to be Lansdowne road. 'Grunt'. At that point I... More
