I stayed for 6 nights at Hollybank House. It was just as I expected it from other reviews. The single room I booked was clean & tidy (and small, but nice!) There was no noise at all from other guests, road etc. during my staying. Hollybank House is in the outskirts of Dublin, with a bus stop nearby and frequent... more

My husband and I stayed at Hollybank for two nights. It was everything I had read in Trip Advisor and more. The rooms are very complete and comfortable. Bath ensuite was great. Bed comfortable and large. Siobhan was so very helpful. Everything is spotless. The location is convenient to both airport and the city. It is a safe location. And... more

Let's start from the good things - the place is lovely and cosy. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious with a huge comfy bed. Breakfast is great and kept us going all day. The house is 3 minutes walk from Drumcondra road (the main road) so it's both central and quiet. And of course, Siobhan is warm and friendly... more

We justhad a long weekend in Dublin made all the better for Siobhan and her great B&B, Hollybank House. I was concerned about staying in a B&B as its hard to be sure that the website tells the true story so I looked this one up on Trip Advisor to check it out. The reviews were spot on. On arrival,... more

The last three nights of our holiday in Ireland were spent at Hollybank. It was a gem that we were really pleased we'd found. Well located (on the airport side of the city), affordable in expensive Dublin, a comfortable home-like base, pleasant ensuite bedrooms and a hearty breakfast prepared by Siobhan (who is a welcoming, helpful host). My family (2... more

My wife and I stayed at Hollybank B&B in December 2007. Siobhan, the host was friendly and welcoming and cooked a fabulous breakfast. Our en-suite room was warm and comfortable and the TV with a selection of local and cable channels was a welcome addition. The B&B is situated in the Drumcondra area of Dublin which is served well by... more

We (I and my best friend) stayed at Hollybank for 6 days in November. This B&B was really excellent. Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, clean towels every two days, delicious breakfast (fried egs and bacon)! Sibohan - you are very nice person - kindred spirit :) Tank you once again. more

My husband and I were in Ireland for 8 days the end of Sept and beginning of Oct. We stayed at Hollybank the first third of our trip, went to Dingle Pennisula, then went back to Dublin staying at a different B&B. Out of the three places, Hollybank B&B was the best (and it deserves a high rank from other... more

My friend and me spent a girlie bank holiday weekend in Dublin. I was very impressed with this B&B, and so glad I listened to the reviews! The room was v clean and airy, and the bathroom and shower cabin new and modern (I would have spent the whole day in that shower!). Very good decoration throughout, and, as said... more
