Had to stay in this hotel as was very short notice and price was my main factor. Check in was ok, room key didn't work 3 times, room was dated and had many maintenance issues. Cleanliness was very poor! Checked out early and will not return.

We stayed here for two nights. The price offered was reasonable compared to city centre hotels. When we booked we could only get a twin room but this was changed to a double on check in which was great. Hotel has storage for bags which was handy for us as we arrived well before 3pm check in so we were... More

I was satisfied from the minute I made my reservation with Agatha, it was quick and a friendly service. Our room wasn't ready until 3pm but that was due to the hotel being full the night before. Anna was also was lovely and friendly and very welcoming. Our room is absolutely huge and very spacious so it's perfect for a... More

This is a place to sleep. Its not a place to spend the weekend in your hotel. It has a clean comfortable bed, a tv and a bathroom. No bar. No food. Its just what we wanted.its not expensive. 40 pounds a night. Its well catered for with buses at the front door. Its warm, plentiful hot water. We left... More

I booked on the website to stay 23rd Jan, but when confirmation arrived it said 9th Jan which was obviously no use. When I phoned to complain I was told I would have to wait TEN DAYS for customer services to contact me, meanwhile they have taken payment of 119 euros and I have no booking! Phoned hotel but promised... More

My room was clean and tidy upon arrival, but upon my return after a very long day of sight seeing, the bed had been made up really badly and I was rather taken aback by the lack of care. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower either, obviously I only discovered that after getting into the shower.... More
