We stayed at this property for 2 nights and were glad to get out of there. Rooms are not the same as what is shown on the website. They seem to have a hot water issue as there is none in the mornings. When we advised Reception they said they were working on it, but then it happened again the... more

We stayed here for 2 nights and we could not fault the customer service. Every member of staff we spoke to were fabulous. They couldnt help us enough. We even awoke late on the day of departure, too late for breakfast but were still given a full irish. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we just cannot fault anything... more

Went to Dublin with a mate of mine for the Beyonce Concert for the night and I have to say regardless of the other reviews that I have read about the hotel - the hotel staff were brilliant to us. The manager could not do enough for us although he did tell us that two guys that we hooked up... more

Stayed here on business in Dublin, good location however numerous problems with this hotel, especially most of the staff, the bathroom has to be one of the smallest in a hotel that I have ever stayed in.........only 1 or 2 of the staff seem to have any idea about customer services(girl on the front desk from the North, and one... more

I was down for a concert at the weekend and a brilliant time in Dublin. The food at this hotel was average enough and service was ok. The rooms were drab and smelt bad. However the problem arised when myself and my partner arrived back in the hotel, there was a great wee band playing traditional music and is the... more

Booked this hotel as a two night stay for my wife and I as my wife has never been. I love Dublin and was keen to introduce my wife to it. Unfortunately, booking this hotel was not the way to start a nice weekend away. The Location is good, a five minutes walk from O'Connell street and fifteen to Temple... more

Went from Dingle to see Bruce Springsteen with a friend, we were delighted that we were getting a good rate for such a centrally-located hotel. And the location is just about all there is to recommend about this property. Apart from one young-ish fella in the bar and one young female receptionist, the staff in this hotel are largely unbelievable.... more

Went to Dublin for the Celine Dion Concert, 30th May 2008. When we booked the room via telephoning the hotel directly, we were told that we could book the last double room, so we booked this DOUBLE ROOM, and could'nt wait to go to Dublin for the weekend. When we arrived we got booked in and went to our room,... more

I stayed here with 4 girls around xmas time. The place is simply budget accomodation, and the website is decieving, It is in a perfect location as its very central. However the maids came into our room very early the next day, and basically started cleaning around us as we were packing to go which was really rude and they... more

Went here with my husband and another couple for a 2 night stay. Its located off O'Connell street but the street its in ie Talbot Street dirty and noisy. It takes only 10 mins though to get to the Temple bar area. We got a 3rd floor room with a large bathroom with a window. The rooms have been refurbished... more
