I booked a package with Aer Lingus and upgraded to this hotel. The hotel is nice, but about a 20 minute walk to the city center. The week we were there was humid and hot, which made the walk a bit tiring. The walk to the center is far enough to where if you forgot something at the hotel, you... more

Arrived late on a friday night, easy to find hotel from the airport bus, approx 10 min walk from the bus station, away from the centre but nice walk along with riverside. Staying with my 8 year old son, so probably good that it was away from any noise in the centre. Checked in with no issues, helpful staff and... more

We just returned from 4 days in Dubline and stayed at this hotel. It is clean and has good leisure facilities. One point to note is that you have to wear a swimming hat to use the pool which are sold at 2.5 EUROS. Not quite sure why this is. There is a good bar area which serves a decent... more

This hotel was recently remodeled with modern rooms, average in size. All furnishings were brand new in our room. The disappointment to our stay was the deception that it was close to Temple Bar area - it was by taxi but not on foot. A good 30 minute walk by foot as its located down near the pier. Staff were... more

Booked at the last minute online, very low rate. Glossy, slick and almost brand new, it's not difficult to find - about ten minutes brisk walk along the south quay from O'Connell Bridge. I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, though I liked the pool and spa, but on a fine summer evening the nearby Grand Canal... more

We spend 2 nights in this hotel. The room and hotel deserves 4 stars. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. We rent a car and we park it outside for free overnight until 8am. Location is near the central dublin. Took about 15-20 mins to drive to Guinness Stonehouse in rush hour. Don't expect good view... more

We got off the Airport bus and while it was only about a 15 minute walk from there, no one we asked seemed to know where this hotel was, not even a cab driver. There are other Maldron Hotels, so I think that was part of the confusion. The map they gave us at the hotel was not very detailed,... more

We stayed here with a B&B plan that included tickets for a Hop on Hop Off Tour Bus. I can't remember the name right now. The tour was great, though. The room was large, and very clean. There was plenty of space to store your stuff. The most space of all the Hotels and B&B's we stayed in. The staff... more

hi again hotel inspector is back again. The maldron have basicaly just taken over the hotel from the original owners quality hotel group. Nothing has changed since. The bar is nice, however no atmosphere what so ever! (needs a little background music when t.vs are off) The rooms are clean and well kitted out. You wouldnt swing a cat in... more

We stayed at the Maldron for the Beyonce Concert in the O2. As I had never stayed in Dublin I wasn't quite sure which would be the best area to go for, however I am delighted that I decided on the Maldron. The hotel itself is gorgeous, granted that it is near to a lot of development work however this... more
