This was a disappointing family Hotel. While the rooms were fine, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff in the Restaurant were pleasant but still in training. We were presented with childrens menus ...with colouring in options ..great...but no crayons. When we asked for some, we got one highlighter between four children. Not fun! The following morning,... Stayed for 4 nights here in August. Chose it over Jury's Inn where we usually stay for the pool (which in fairness was excellent, with wonderful staff). I wish I could say the same for the rest of our stay. We arrived having booked a family room to be told that we hadn't indicated that we had children. (I'm sorry,... More

Me and my partner stayed ere for a long weekend in Dublin, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival the reception area was beautiful, very modern and stylish. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful and we were checked in swiftly. The room was as we expected, clean, modern and very comfortable. At first we had doubts about being too... More

My husband and I recently stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were all very friendly, rooms were clean and there are 2 restaurants on sight as well as a fitness center and pool. We booked this hotel because it had the pool and fitness center. It's not the greatest, it needs updating and we never used the pool. Overall,... More

Hotel is very convenient to An Bord Gais theatre...only a few minutes walk. Had a lovely 3 course meal in restaurant, and service was particularly good (Ante was especially attentive). Comfortable beds, clean and functional bedroom/bathroom facilities. On the down-side: no shower caps in bathroom which sounds like a minor inconvenience but it set off a chain of delays in... More

We stayed in the Maldron Cardiff Lane recently and were very pleased with it. The hotel is lovely, rooms are large and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is very clean. I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located for the Bord Gais Theatre and the O2.

Found this hotel ok, booked it with booking.com. Was staying on business/ leisure with friend, room was average and small, I'm not fussy but wasn't to my taste or value. Beds however were comfortable. Staff was excellent(best part of hotel) but many disappointments along the way, at evening time we wanted to ring to book a reservation for dinner through... More

We booked this hotel knowing it was a bit of a walk to city center in Dublin and we liked the price compared to "downtown" places. The hotel was wonderful, very clean, spacious and we had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant. It IS a long 20-30 minute walk to city center although. If you don't mind a nice, hearty,... More

My family and I stayed at the Maldron Hotel-Cardiff Lane from August 10-14. This is a great hotel with AMAZING customer service (I can't stress that enough). I have extremely sensitive skin that causes me to break out when exposed to certain detergents used in washing clothing/linens. During our first night at the hotel I had an allergic reaction. The...
