I've stayed at Botanic View B & B for more than three weeks. It was a very pleasant stay. The room with bath ensuite was small but very nice and clean. The area is quiet but you can easily go to the city centre by bus or even walk (about 30 minutes). The owners are very friendly and give advice... More

We had a really good stay at the the Botanic View B&B for three nights alltogether. Bernie is a warm and friendly host, always ready to give tips and recommendations what to do and how to do it best. You can choose between selfcatering or a cooked breakfast after your individual wishes. A big plus of the B&B is the... More

We stayed 7 nights from 10th to 17th of July 2015. The place is quiet, near the Glasnevin Cemetery that is worth to be visited. There are some bus stops near the b&b and the centre is 20 minutes far walking. The b&b is really nice, clean and there is a Kitchen available for you if you want to cook and... More

Bernie is a wonderful host. Welcoming cuppa, public transport guidance, great breakfasts, using her own car to get us to a local attraction, organising a taxi &negotiating the fare. Best B&B in Dublin

The owner is so friendly. The rooms don’t allow to eat anything, but they have clean kitchen, we can use. There is a park near the B&B. The environment is very good. Going to Dublin center from the B&B takes bus for about fifteen minutes. When I walked to the center, I took 50 minutes.

A nice B&B to stay for a low-cost visit to dublin with a small weak point regarding breakfast choice and quality (but still ok for that price!). Good bus connections to city centre (but last bus from centre already 23:30!), quiet street for good sleep, 2 Pubs in walking distance. Bernie, the owner, was very kind and had loads of... More

We could tell we chose lodging well even while we were still making the arrangements for our visit! Bernadette and PJ saw to everything concerning our arrival, the property, a wonderful Irish breakfast and advise on what to see and do while we were here. They are both friendly, personable and helpful. Their advise was spot on. The reasonably priced... More

Good position, quiet quarter, close to bus stations and good connections to city center (15' by bus). Very helpful and nice owners, good breakfast (caffee and orange juice could be better, as well as wifi connection, which was very slow even in the kitchen). Room and bathroom clean, no noises during the night. Good choice if you want to visit... More

We started off our Ireland trip with Bernie and PJ. After being welcomed with a pot of tea, Bernie sat us down with a map and showed us where we were and where to go. As we didn't have many set activities, she gave us excellent suggestions and more of a local perspective which was just what we were looking... More

Smallish room, but nice. A lot of stairs. Walking distance to everything Dublin! Quirky male host, but just let it roll off. Good food. Clean. Not the easiest to find with only a tiny sign in the window.
