Excellent value, very clean, modern bathroom. Bus access to city centre was easy and quick, great breakfast. Bernadette was extremely helpful and service oriented. Definitely recommend Botanic View B&B and would stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at Botanic view B&B, although there is no view on any botanic garden, as the name suggests. Nevertheless, the host was very keen to explain us all the nice things to visit in Dublin and Ireland, and even gave us a lift downtown. The location is a bit far from the center but is well deserved by... More

This B&B is out of city centre but it's easy to arrive at centre by feet or by bus (only 2.5/3 Km) The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are a bit small and breakfast is good. The owner, Miss Bernadette is very kind. There is WI-FI free and a car parking.

Bernie and PJ were so very helpful...and entertaining for our 8-year old daughter! Parking and wifi were great. The room was small but comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely go again on our next trip to Dublin!

My wife and I stayed at the botanic view at both the beginning and end of our trip to Ireland. We arrived at 8 am and figured we'd have to drop out bags and wander the town. Instead Bernadette made us an Irish breakfast and got our room ready while we were eating. We then went to botanical gardens (it's... More

Not sure if Bernie and crew could've been any more accommodating. We got there super early and were exhausted from the time change, as we had just arrived in Ireland, and they jumped through hoops to get our room ready early. I'm sure the bus is easy to get in to town, but we just walked. A solid 20 min.... More

Our hosts were very helpful, ensuring that our car was securely locked in the rear of the property. We were given a voucher which, when redeemed, reduced our bill at a local pub by ten percent.Breakfast was full English and set us up for our travels.

Honestly, we couldn't have wished for a better quality or more charming three-night stay in Dublin. We had a good sized family room on this elegant terraced street in a smart and well-kept part of Dublin (approx twenty minutes stroll north of town with bus stops minutes away). Our family of four with two girls of 8 and 10 found... More

We were only at the Botanic View B & B for two nights, but we were treated with such warm hospitality and given so much guidance from Bernie, the owner, that we felt quite a welcome for our first time in Ireland. She even made us a fresh pot of coffee when we arrived exhausted from our flight, which we... More
