Booked several apartments for a trip with a group of friends. I'd planned this as a surprise so was, as you can imagine, a little apprehensive of the accommodation. This was reinforced when the booking was changed a few hours before arrival. Also the check in procedure is somewhat different from that normally experienced. However, after locating the keys the... I must admit I was a bit worried about the booking I'd made for these apartments after reading recent negative reviews, and I emailed to ask for an apartment on a higher floor.i need not have worried; from start to finish, our experience was practically perfect! We were only staying for one night, and never having visited Dublin before we... More

**REVIEW NOTES** I travel a lot on business by myself and being self employed very keen on price and keeping expenses low. And so the following factors about where I stay in my reviews are the most important to me. I these mark out of 5: 0 = very poor / absent, to 5 = could not be better, n/a... More

Booked this in advance for a party of 6. Spacious and tidy. Only fault was the noise water pump and not reading the instructions on how to get more hot water - d'oh! Staff were helpful and let us leave bags in room before time - cheers.

whatever you do, DO NOT stay here when visiting the beautiful city of Dublin. The apartments are in an absolute terrible state. There are better hostels or park benches that are better than these apts. You will not feel safe here, you will not be able to close the windows as they catches are broken, the bed - forget it,... Good location to the temple bar district, less than a mile walk. However, boy do they need to get their act together. We weren't able to check in until after 5 when we were told 3. The lobby is smaller than most bathrooms and no restroom so we had to drag our luggage all around while we waited what seemed... More

The place was clean, but there was not much to the place. The pull out bed was not really comfortable for my father-in-law. There was a general shortage of supplies but staff suplied extra when asked. In fact, we found them very helpful in general. The location and price were hard to beat.

I wish to bring the following to your attention following my recent VERY DISAPPOINTING stay in the above apartment: 1) The Block Entrance Door locking mechanism is temperamental. 2) The Block Entrance Lobby was dirty. 3) One of the lower Stair Treads on the ground floor is broken and represents a Health and Safety issue. 4) Floor Tiling and Laminate... My friend and I booked stay city apartments for a weekend away at Halloween. We have stayed in serviced apartments before in different locations. I seen previous reviews and was slightly concerned . We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very helpful staff at reception and the room was VERY CLEAN. You really can't complain about the cleanliness and... More

Superb location for everything you could want to do in Dublin! Clean apartment, good size too, but horrific view - but then we didn't plan to spend time just in the room so not the end of the world. The girls on reception were helpful in sorting us out with ideas for where to go, where to eat etc.. Would... More
