We were going to Ed Sheeran and wanted somewhere handy. This is the place. Imelda is lovely, great Irish hospitality!! Bus stop into the city centre is just across the road. Because she was so busy we slept on a sofa bed but it was grand, house was clean. Breakfast is continental. Her wee dog is so cute! If I... More

The B&B is very clean and Imelda the owner is a wondrrful host. Its only a 15 minute walk to Croke Park along a straight, flat road...so an easy one. Given the traffic around Crime during concerts this is great. Getting home was just as easy....we grabbed a cycle taxi and were back within 5 mins! Also a dominos and... More

My wife and I spent two nights at Sycamore House. Our host, Imelda, made us feel so very welcome it was as if we were meeting again after a long time. Our room was very comfortable and the location allows guests to take a twenty minute walk into Dublin or catch the bus which stops virtually outside the front door.... More

Very friendly host. Clean and comfortable room. Great location as bus stop just outside to city centre. Close to Phoenix Park also. Continental breakfast was adequate. Free parking was fantastic so close to the city.

Lovely host! And a very clean room/bathroom. The bus (stops in front of the house) takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. It is possible to walk, but that takes 40 minutes. I definitely reccommend this bed & breakfast!

We spent four nights at Imeldas B&B at the end of Apri and I can really recommend this bed&breakfast to anyone who is looking for a small, quiet Hotel in Dublin. After exciting and exhausting days in the City it is really great to get back to a room where you can relax and feel at home. Imelda made us... More

It's an excellent b and b. The owner is a very warm and welcoming host that makes sure you are well. The place is very clean and had just been renewed. Totally recomendable. Not in the city centre but within a short bus trip of 10 mins.
