The guy who welcomed us was so friendly and so helpful! He gave us a map, showed us where breakfast is served, and told us to leave the key if we leave, and to just ring the doorbell when we come back. He told us about the free wifi also (kept getting disconnected on the last day though, boo), and... More

I've stayed here on a number occasions as I find the guest house good value for money. The rooms are very basic (no tea/coffee facilities, ironing boards, hair dryer etc) but a good breakfast is included. I made a reservation through booking.com recently, as I normally do, and received their usual confirmation e-mail assuring me that the reservation was successful.... More

I have read mixed reviews but found this guesthouse to be OK. Yes, staff not that friendly/welcoming, however they were accommodating to any requests. Beds very comfortable, breakfast adequate. Rooms and bathrooms (shower only) very small. Short stroll to Temple Bar area and Trinity College. Dublin Airlink bus almost drops you at the door & Dublin Bus tour (Hop-on-hop-off) very... More

At the hotel now, woken up at 2am covered with bed bugs. Given the number of adults bugs and young it looks like a serious infestation. Went to night staff asking to be moved to other room he said they are full house and looked neither concerned nor surprised. Rang hotels.com who rang the hotel on my behalf and hotel... More

Stayed here with three friends and had an amazing time in dublin however.... The hotel wasn't great it was nice enough for a girly binge holiday but the staff where rude and unhelpful and such a pain ringing the bell to get in. Good location and rooms are basic but hey it's okay for a short period

Where to start. I'm not usually one to complain, but paying €140 for a hotel, I expected way better than this. Working in the hotel industry ourselves, we at least expected something decent for that kind of money!! When we booked, it was advertised as a guesthouse. On the door it says it's a hotel. So what exactly is it... More

Cheap and cheerful accommodation in a beautiful old house. Feels neglected in places... Courteously curt man at reception when we were checking in, but the Night staff and breakfast waitress were really pleasant. Plenty of breakfast, cooked lovely! Biggest complaint would be the family room on the 3rd floor and no lift!! Lots of flies in the room until we... More

The staff were professional and the room was clean and the location was perfect. I've got nothing to complain about, I'm happy I booked it. The room was fairly small but had been decorated very well. The view out the window was just perfect, I stayed in 4 places over this vacation around Europe and this was my favorite spot.

Nice staff, nice rooms and one plate of real Irish breakfast. Outside the hotel is the bus for the airport and a few blocks away is the main coach bus terminal - good location. The breakfast was in the basement, not a very cosy room. The reception is very nice though with hangout sofas.
