Very clean, relatively large bedrooms (we had a twin one). Good irish (I'd rather say it was english ?) breakfast, with very nice ladies serving it. The only inconvenience : the window in our room didn't close properly and Gardiner street it a very noisy one, even at night !

Cheapest B&B that we could find in Dublin city center. Beautiful place, we had big spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Free irish breakfast and good service. Walking distance to everything and the Celt! Highly recommend.

I only stayed for one night so I can´t really say if me and my boyfriend were unlucky or if it´s standard. Bascially, the website we used to book it on called it "a nice hotel with private shower in room and free bathroom products". The hotel is actually a B&B as I think most of you know, I did... More

Could get a room in a hotel for the price and would be SO much better. Run down, very unhelpful reception staff, not a great area, questionable breakfast, rooms needing a lot of repair work. bit disappointing, would not stay for more than one night.

I booked the Adelphi at the grand cost of 384GBP for two nights, the breakfast was really unappetising, the coffee was just dark water and the tea was really poor. The room was big enough but very poorly furnished, the shower had dark gungy stuff all around the base, the toilet handle was broken and above the door there was... More

This place was okay. I liked that there was a 24 hour reception and the building was very secure. They accommodated my request for a private bathroom without increasing rate. The breakfast was delicious! Best thing about staying here, however it wasn't communicated to us that breakfast times are different on weekdays/weekends so we missed one day of breakfast which... We decided to stay here the last night of our stay and that was a mistake. The guesthouse is run down, guest rooms are sad, bathroom small and paint peeling from the ceilings. Our room was hot and humid, asked for a fan, didn't get one and suffered through the night. Funny that the front desk person had a fan for themselves but... More

The guy who welcomed us was so friendly and so helpful! He gave us a map, showed us where breakfast is served, and told us to leave the key if we leave, and to just ring the doorbell when we come back. He told us about the free wifi also (kept getting disconnected on the last day though, boo), and... More

I've stayed here on a number occasions as I find the guest house good value for money. The rooms are very basic (no tea/coffee facilities, ironing boards, hair dryer etc) but a good breakfast is included. I made a reservation through booking.com recently, as I normally do, and received their usual confirmation e-mail assuring me that the reservation was successful.... More

I have read mixed reviews but found this guesthouse to be OK. Yes, staff not that friendly/welcoming, however they were accommodating to any requests. Beds very comfortable, breakfast adequate. Rooms and bathrooms (shower only) very small. Short stroll to Temple Bar area and Trinity College. Dublin Airlink bus almost drops you at the door & Dublin Bus tour (Hop-on-hop-off) very... More
