The front desk attendant was very rude and sarcastic. The elevator gave access to non-floors and creepy basement. The room was okay, but the bathroom ceiling was falling down. The stand up shower wasn't big enough to turn around in (from pretty normal to small sized people). The shower curtains didn't contain water from the shower and water would cover... More

It is very central. Cosy. Welcoming and clean. And during weekdays not expensive. When you travel do you need more? It was nice to be here. The room was big and clean. People were kind and welcoming. The hotel is close to Temple Bar so it is easy to go out. The historical sights and nightlife is just out of... More

Very friendly staff from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Great value rooms with a small, clean en-suite. Perfect for a weekend get away as you're at the centre of everything - would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a fab location for all manner of activities. The location does mean it can be a bit noisy if you have the window open though. Really friendly staff who are only too happy to help and good value for money! I would recommend it to anyone with the exception of people who don't like stairs as... More

Nice and friendly hotel in temple bar where all the tourist gather and drink and listen to (mostly) bad cover artist. Warm room, unfortunately without AC, colded down with window open a few hours. Room was clean and size was decent. Recommend this for a few days stay in Dublin when you are in need for something in the lower/mid... More

The location is great. Rooms are quite small to fit the baggage in. If you open the window, you feel like you might fall from bed through window because they are on the same level. Reception staff was friendly.

The Citi hotel could not be better situated for most of Dubln's sights. Tucked just behind the nightlife of Temple Bar it is slap between Dublin Castle and Trinity College, and only about a 15 minute walk from the major museums, the National Gallery, St Stephen's Green and the shopping area around Grafton Street. It's a small hotel, but the... More

Eventhough our room was rather noisy (101) the high celing and corner room with French windows made up for the street noise. Staff was just lovely -friendly and so very helpful. Our key didn't work and he came up, checked and solved the prblem which turned out to the battery on the lock.
