We travelled to Annandale House B&B as part of a tour organized by Great Value vacations. After a very frustrating experience of not being able to get a SIM card because of our early arrival time and issues with the rental car company at the airport it was refreshing to meet Julie, the owner who was very friendly and accommodating.... Everything in this B&B is lovely. From the host to the bed to the breakfast. Short walk to the buses that go straight to the city centre. It was easy to find and is in a lovely quiet street. The rooms to the back have a view over a very nice garden. I can imagine it would be lovely to... More

We stayed her for our anniversary. The house is lovely, clean and welcoming. It felt like being at home :) Breakfast every morning was lovely & a brilliant start to the day. Brian our host was great, and he never failed to make me laugh and smile every morning. He is also well informed on the area and incredibly helpful... More

Perfect home for a perfect stay ! Lovely twin-room, nicely decorated, nice shower room. Quiet place in a very safe area. The hostess was very dedicated to her guests and was giving very good advices on what to visit and what to do. Her historical knowledge was impressive ! Amazing typical Irish breakfast was served (similar to the English one,... More

Stayed for 3 nights, very comfortable room. Like the idea of everyone sat round the same table at breakfast, interesting to hear where people are from and any tips on Dublin. Extremely well fed (Gluten Free bread just for me). Ten minute walk from the bus stop either straight to town or the airport, very convenient location. Would stay again... More

We stayed at the Annandale B&B for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The owners are exceptional: super friendly, really informative and genuinely invested in making sure you enjoy your time in Dublin. The breakfasts are really yummy and authentic, with small snacks and coffee/tea available whenever you'd like. I definitely recommend!

Stayed here for two nights at beginning of October. Julie was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was a little out of Dublin but found this to be no problem. We had a leap card and the bus stop was not far at all. Breakfast was very nice and set at a table with other guests with a friendly atmosphere.... More

Will definitely stay again the next time we're in dublin. A great couple and a very beautiful home. We never knew the Irish and the Scottish could get along so well :) Its close enough to everything where you can just jump on the bus. There is also The Goose around the corner, but Brian (the husband) will tell you... More
