I booked the hotel online, as it seemed to have everything I needed for my short stay in Dublin. The location is quite good, and the walk across the road is lovely. Buses to the city across the road. Limited parking available downstairs, although the car park is quite small. From the outside the hotel is quite appealing, however that's... More

Hi. We were so shocked to hear of your experience at the hotel. Firstly we can assure you that your experience was not typical of the service here. We strive all of the time to provide a professional and in particular, friendly service. In addition, the long list of positive Trip Advisors reviews that we enjoy make reference to the... More

This place was fine. Rooms were ok, bar was nice, staff were helpful, friendly. Location is lovely, if a little bit out of the city centre. Easy to get to on the 130 bus. Nice little restaurants nearby esp Picasso. The problem here is it feels disjointed, as if bits were stuck on over the years without a design plan.... More

Hi. We are very happy to hear that your stay with us was an enjoyable one. The reason for the name is simply that Bram Stoker is a local hero; unsung for many years but always a literary giant in our neighbourhood. We are also currently looking in to new ways to celebrate Bram within the hotel. Regarding the breakfast... More

Hotel: Nicely presented place in a lovely location right by the sea-side. Not cheap unless you get a good deal on one of the booking sites. Note that breakfast is extra (9-10 euro) even if it might look different on the booking site.

This review was so close to a 5 star review. Up until that last moment ! But lets start with the positives. The room was booked by a friend to give us a well overdue night away without the kids. As we were not paying anything at all was greatly appreciated. When I found out and was told the name... More

So sorry about this. Have spoken with house keeping. Over efficient I'm afraid. Thanks for the feedback and was so glad to hear from you that it hadn't really spoiled your stay. More

Our sincerest apologies. We were indeed overwhelmed by the sheer volume of customers on Mother's Day coupled with the teething problems of a new kitchen. We are now reviewing our kitchen's capacity to ensure that the same can't happen again. More

The staff are friendly and outgoing. They will volunteer great info on where to visit and good places to have drinks. The rooms are simple but clean and comfy, not to mention the fantastic location! So beautiful. Stay here!

I don't know where to start, first of all I came in a group of four from Alaska and we had no hotel booked because everything was full during st. Patricks week, and Jonathan (the owner) gave us a sweet deal on a great room for a full week! Everything was always attended to when we got back after a... More

Oh my Guinness, If you have spend your time searching the internet for the greatest place to stay in Dublin, then put down the mouse now because you have found it. The hotel combines historical elegance with modern flair. The Rooms are just would you need to be comfortable: little TV (cable), beautiful private bathroom, and comfy beds. It also... More

I've spent two weeks at this hotel in February and I must say it is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are friendly and always ready to answer questions or help, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view of the sea is great(even on a storm), as well as the neighborhood (which is one... Lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and always answered all my questions. The bar area looked beautiful in the evenings with daffodils on every table and candles lit. Food in the bar was simple but great and the restaurant upstairs did the fancier food. The room was clean and tidy with big warm bed. I don't have a... More
