I have already written this review but it seems to have been deleted by the hostel. Booked the Fownes Street apartment that this hostel owns, brought confirmation of payment and of booking to be told they don't own that property anymore and that I had to pay another 180 pound for another one of their apartments or pay to stay... We rented one of the apartments on top of the famous Temple Bar bar. It was one of the best locations in downtown. Music & street partying is from dusk till dawn. All the great bars and restaurants are within the area. The train stations, buses, and tourist landmarks are within walking distance. The apartments are often rented by students... More

The good news: The location is in the heart of Temple Bar, the place where the pubs and night life are. The apartment is close to all the major tourist attractions and you can reach them in 10-20 minutes walk. The bad news: It's very noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning because of the night-life and difficult to... More

We stayed in the staycity apartments in Temple Bar district was definitely not as Internet showed guaranteed in their day the apartments were amazing but ours was filthy we had to put a sheet over the sofa as it was so dirty the kitchen could do with a good clean and throughout the apartment the floors could do with a... If you're not into bars, loud music and late nights this is probably not the best place for you but then I don't think anywhere in Temple Bar is. That being said the place is right in the heart of Temple Bar and you can walk to almost anywhere in downtown Dublin from it. The amenities are decent and it... More

We booked in the temple bar apartements because they are in the temple bar district. We had to get our keys in a hostel. After 10 minutes walk we reached the place. It looked nice, but it smelt like smoke, very badly. Wlan didn't work. We didn't want to stay so we went back to the hostel, where we had... More

This apartment is in the heart of Temple Bar, the most lively and exciting neighborhood in Dublin. When I say the heart, I mean right in the center. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, far better than staying in a hotel. Nice living room/dining room, stocked kitchennete area, decent beds. The location is unbeatable. Not only is it located... More

The apartments are run by Sky Backpackers Hostel on Litton Lane so you have to go back and forth to check in and out. When we went to check in I was told that there was a 3% charge when paying by card and that they required a 20 euro cash deposit, none of which I was told in advance... More
