Garvan and Kevin are the best you can hope for when traveling to Dublin. Excellent accommodations, warm, extremely comfortable and very inviting. Easy location where you can walk to almost anything in the city, and taxis are easy to obtain. Two Rooms offered excellent recommendations from smart phone apps to hail taxis to restaurants and sights to see. I cannot... More

Breakfasts amazing, accommodation perfect, quiet, so accessible to all Dublin can offer. Two Rooms lives up to its expectations. Loved staying here, thanks Garvan for your hospitality & give Fred a scratch behind the ears for me.

Everything you have read about Garvan's breakfasts, hospitality and attention to detail is true. Do yourself a favor and stay there! This was our first ever bed and breakfast experience and we obviously hit the jackpot. There could not have been a better introduction to Ireland. We enjoyed many other establishments, but none compared with Two Rooms in Dublin.

Dear Katerina. Thank you so much for your review Katerina, and for your kind comments on everything B&B. We appreciate that, so glad Two Rooms was a good find for you. The house was built almost 200 years ago, so honeymooners wouldn't need to worry too much as the walls are quite thick ;) We've had no complaints yet, and... More

Garvan is a fantastic chef. His creative and astoundingly delicious three-course breakfasts were one of the highlights of our 10 days in Ireland--truly. Both he and Kevin were terrific, personable hosts, and the bed was the best of our trip as well. Sigh. Wish I were back.

Professional and Dedicated Service. Nice decor bedroom with excellent breakfast. For the price outstanding value. Book early to avoid disapointment. Note their is a lovely lively dog and the bathroom is shared with the "other" room. I love dogs and the shared bathroom caused no issues for me but just note this may be of importance to you. Dear Isambard13. Was lovely to meet you, and thank you for your review about us. A lively dog indeed, but only for the first 5 minutes of anyone walking through the door and then it's 'life is oh so boring' for him again. We really appreciate your nice words P, and do come back again. Very best wishes, Garvan, Kevin... More

My husband and I recently spent 7 nights at this spectacular B & B. We were delighted with our experience from start to finish. Garvan is the perfect host - we always felt welcome, comfortable, and really had the royal treatment! We loved each and every breakfast, which were cooked to perfection and looked forward to each morning. We had... More

Dear Sangel777. Thanks for your lovely review, sounds like we done a good job on your 7-nighter away from the kids! Not sure which scent you mean, I'm a bit of a scent freak, so whatever you were smelling would depend on many factors. Email me and I would be happy to narrow it down for you :) Really appreciate... Upon our arrival at Two Rooms, we were enthusiastically greeted by Fred, the resident Schnauzer, and Garvan, our host, who also offered a warm welcome. The house is nicely located about a 20 minute walk from the lively core of the city. We were traveling with another couple, which worked out well, since there are only 2 rooms available, hence... We could not have felt more welcome from the start. What a wonderful place to be pampered! The room was lovely and comfortable and smelled so fresh (that sounds odd, but it was fabulous). The house is decorated funky and fun. Garvan is an amazing cook--breakfasts to die for. He took time out to show us the community garden they... More

Dear Mary S from Denver. A huge thank you to Denver for that lovely glowing review. It was our pleasure to host yourself & Doug. The community garden is in full bloom now (plum tree split in half with the weight of plums!), so glad you liked seeing it. See our blog for a 12-min film on the making of... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after St. Patrick's Day. Garvan was nothing but accommodating. Scones and tea upon arrival were a perfect start to our stay.
