Convenient location close to point of main attractions. No Fridge, a kettle and tea and istant coffe is available. TESCO is nearby. we bought bottled water and snacks from there. Safety deposit box available free of charge at reception ( not in room) Friendly staff. Internet access is 2 euros per hour. We found near by internet cafes that offered... more

I was travelling with my family and I arranged for an early check-in when I made my reservation over the phone. I was assured that it would not be a problem. However, when we arrived we were told that our rooms were not ready and that they had no record of my request. They offered to store our bags for... more

This hotel is like staying overnight in an office building. In fact, it looks just like an office building from the outside, which makes it really stand out in the superb location just off O'Connell Street amidst all the charming shops, pubs, and historic buildings. My fifth floor room was on the smaller side, with a smaller bathroom. Desk, two... more

I stayed here with my husband for our weekend in Dublin. We set off from home and arrived in Dublin at around 10am. We went straight to the hotel, which is in a fab location right at the top of o'connell street, and were plesently surprised to find our room was ready and we could check in straight away! I... more

My husband and I (early 30s) stayed at this hotel in May 2009. It is located on the north side of the river in Dublin, but we found that most things we wanted to see/do were located on the south side. Although it was a bit of a hike, it was not too bad to walk to the sights from... more

I found the room very comfortable. It was convenient to great pubs, stores and food. I had a king bed with a couch. The bathroom was also very well set up. The bar was a hit and breakfast was good. I also found it very quiet in and around my room. more

The location was superb. The hotel itself was great, the rooms clean and very well located. It made my stay in Dublin a memorable one since it was so easy to get to all the areas we wished to visit. more

Stayed there for 3 nights in April/may09. The Hotel is very conveniently located off the Upper O'Connel Street. It is walking distance from the Henry Street the main shopping area and all the dublin/Airlink/Aircoach bus stops. There is bus stop just opposite street in Parnell Square west from where one take bus for Airlink Bus 747 to airport and also... more

I travelled here with my Mum on the premise of spending some leisure time and also visiting family in Dublin, this is an excellent hotel for the money. We found it extremely easy to get to the main sights - Trinity college and temple bar are just a 10 min walk away with Henry Street shops being just the street... more

Stayed a night here and found it a comfortable stay. Rooms are of a reasonable size (although, for some reason my room has both the sofa bed laid out and a camp bed also which really reduced the space - I didn't request that). Bathroom was clear and served it's purpose well. Location is very central, and close to tours/buses... more
