Well what can I say? Please don't book here. The rooms are gross and creepy. The noise is terrible if the club downstairs is opened. Oh, and the ceiling creeks if people are above you. The bed slants. No shower in the room (bath only). The ceiling leaked in the bathroom. I wouldn't have minded the place if I were... More

stayed one night in mid April. have stayed at other St Stephen Green hotels before. This place has its priorities right for a business traveller. you are in the middle of a busy shopping, restaurant and bar location. the hotel ireception is on the first floor so dont expect a lot of fuss with bars and restaurants etc. I used... As mentioned in many other reviews the noise coming from the nightclub made for a truly awful night. I would have had a better nights sleep on a bench in St Stephen's Green. The next morning breakfast was taken in a restaurant with all the charm and atmosphere of a motorway service station toilet. I was too exhausted to complain... More

Awful awful place. If I could give it zero I would. The first thing a hotel is for is to sleep in, and here it is not possible as the music pumped out from the nightclub downstairs is so intense it makes the room shake. The person on reception nonchalantly replied that it was the weekend, although in my world... More

Had the misfortune to book the Dawson , would personally avoid at all costs , clearly lacking in any decent renovation , disinterested front desk , room 300 gets my prize for the least attractive place to sleep in europe ....terrible decoration , black net curtains clearly never cleaned , junk furniture , a view against a concrete wall ,... This is a terrific boutique hotel, centrally located in a bright lively area. Staff were pleasant,( Ann on front desk, porter and breakfast server) room fully equipped and clean and breakfast is cooked to order accompanied by great coffee. Free newspapers. The bar with outdoor heating is perfect for watching the world go by.While there are steps to bedrooms, a... More

A group of 10 of us stayed here from 24/4 to 26/4. Key points....lovely staff, but they are useless at serving breakfast and don't speak very good English! The breakfast when we eventually got it was great. If you want to sleep.....don't stay here, the bar is very noisy! The spa however is brilliant and I would have no hesitation... More

First time in Dublin. You will not find a better hotel for the location. Between St. Stephens and Trinity College and very close to the buses serving the airport. Nice coffee shops and plenty of eats nearby. The bathroom is very nice, but extremely dim (light-wise). The shower is the best one ever - overhead and perfect for tall people... More

This is a great way to see dublin.its well worth the money. We used it over 2 days and certainly got value for money The buses are every ten minutes or so. It's worth waiting for one with a live commentary rather than the taped one. Our driver was hilarious.his commentary was so entertaining.he had everyone one the bus in... More

Been to Dublin a few times, stayed in various nearby hotels around the 4 star area, This time I thought the idea of a relaxing wellness type thing would be a good idea. I was traveling with a work colleague. She was overjoyed with her 20sqm Classic Double (room 305) and remarked it was the best bed ever!!! I had... More
