I choosed this residence because I arrived late at night and I wanted to leave early next morning southwards. It is is a dormitory for sudents but it is very well equipped and its pleasant to stay there. A great disandvantage for me was that the parking entrance was not well visible and there were not proper directions to find... More

Needed to find three days accommodation near Dundrum. No need to go to the city so this location was great, especially as we go back to UK from Rosslare. Pre-booking saved a few euros, and for €10 per night included breakfast. Very comfortable room which is changed daily.

Stayed here with my two girls 4&2 for three nights, room clean and airy, bathroom spotless with plenty of towels, bed very comfortable with lovely hotel quality bedclothes, extra pillows, big tv on wall opposite bed, tea & coffee facilities with biscuits, breakfast was upstairs and the blonde lady serving could not have been nicer, tea/coffee, fruit, yoghurt, muffins, toast/brown... We spent one night here because it was the only accommodation near where we wanted, and while it did the job it was not really a place I'd like to spend a weekend. First impressions were not good: on the outside it's an ugly building that almost looks derelict, and it could do with some cleaning to remove the leak... More

My friend and I were only there for 1 night and personally I hadn't read any reviews before getting there. The service at the desk was sparkling and so friendly, when we got into our room we were pleasantly surprised at the quality for such a cheap price. When we arrived back after an event in the evening, again, the... More

Stayed at the IMI Residence last weekend as we were attending a gig in Marlay Park. Paid €170 in total which is very expensive considering what we received. This is not a hotel of any sort. The place needs a total refurbishment. The rooms were nice but the corridors and hallways, lobby areas etc were horrible, dirty and very untidy. The... More

Not by any standard could you call this a hotel. Budget student accommodation more like (no offence to students). Our whole experience was horrendous. We arrived late at night to a dismal cavern with barely enough lighting to see your way. In the room itself, the curtains were falling down and the doors were broken off the drawers. The television... More

Stayed in this hotel last weekend. Very reasonably priced, very comfy beds, free wi-fi, good continental breakfast( extra €5), nice gym, clean room. Beautiful grounds, very green. 10 mins walk to Dundrum shopping centre, where you can find variety of shops, restaurants and cinema.Close to City Centre by Luas ( 10mins walk from the hotel). Hotel has no bar, which... More

Had an awful time - we were there for a gig at Marlay park but ended up being almost 3 hours late because of a series of mix-ups. First the receptionist put us in an unclean room and we had to wait for it to be cleaned, then we found out it wasn't the executive room we'd paid for, she... More

This is reasonable accommodation which is very cheap for Dublin. You can upgrade your room for €10, well worth it, the rooms are really nice, modern and colourful. It is about 10 miles from city centre, however, it is only a five minute walk to the LUAS which takes you straight to Stephens Green in 10 minutes. It is also... More
