I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, it offers value for money, it is clean warm, secure and the staff are always friendly. Recently the rooms have been redecorated and refurnished so it looks quite good. For me it is functional as I'm over on business working in Cherrywood, the Luas is not far to walk to.... More

Very difficult to find and even more difficult to locate an entrance. Very warm welcome at reception. Very peculiar place, but bedroom lovely and spotless. The only problem was it was incredibly warm, to the point of being very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep, even with window open. Continental breakfast is €6, I'd rather not pay to make my own... We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a family members birthday in Goatstown. For the price we got it for as well as location, for us it was ideal. For those in Dublin for the tourist side you may wish to stay somewhere closer to the city centre as for those not from Dublin won't fancy the walk to... More

Not the most visually appealing hotel from the outside however pleasantly surprised by the rooms. WIFI does not work in rooms, asked at reception and met with blank face. This was the case for my friends room also. Breakfast is served to 11am which would be great if it was anything worth going to.....halfway through some buttered toast I caught... More

We have now stayed here on four occasions. Rooms are always clean with an ensuite and tea/coffee making facilities and Flatscreen TV. There is ample free car-parking too. As it is a primarily a residence used for management conferences etc, there is no on-site restaurant or bar and it is set in a residential area. However, the super Dundrum Shopping... More

Stayed one night. Liam at check in was very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to Luas stop. Good value. No restaurant or bar but does have fitness centre that we didn’t use. Tranquil ground/area. Free parking.

I stayed here for 1 night whilst a relative was in Beacon Hospital and I couldn't wait for morning to come! On approach to this residence the grounds are lovely and well kept but then you come to the big grey concrete block that they live to call a hotel! Awful absolutely awful, grey, dirty, neglected and depressing, like a... More

Employees were sour from the start of our stay. None of the appliances were functioning inside the room. Wifi is only available in the main lobby. Hotel looks like a mental institution and is located in the business district. 25 minute walk to Dundrum town center is closest restaurants/shops. 25 minute walk to bus or luas, very inconvenient location. Night... More

I stayed here yesterday and the place looks like a deserted old university built in the 70 from old concrete blocks But the only positive is the rooms have been slightly bought up to date The old man at reception is soo rude I called a skin for directions and he answered by saying what do u want omg And...
