If you like cheap and cheerful does exactly what it says on the tin, basically a student hall in a marketing institute, you have to walk 100 metres to the car park uncovered in Ireland is not great! Tried to save my company €200 for the week, I won't be doing that again.

Very nice, clean and confortable room. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. Although it may seem a bit far away from the city center, it is actually very easy to catch a tramway to the center of Dublin (10 minutes walk from the hotel). Very good option for people on a tight budget.

Not a clever 'residence' - this is as much a hotel as my house is a manor. Firstly arrive in day light, as you will struggle to find the hotel at night - poor signage! Reception staff will not delight you with a warm welcome and if you ask for an ironing board be ready for some unpleasant body language... More

This hotel was very good, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK (continental). It is very close to Dundrum shopping centre where there are loads of restaurants and shops. The only down side is that there is no bar or restaurant but we new this before we booked. Good value for money, will definitely be back.

This is not a hotel!!!!! Completely false advertising on the website!!! No restaurant no bar just a vending machine!! Reminds me of college campus accommodation... The smell of body odour was sickening... The bathroom was filthy I'd say the floor hadn't been cleaned in weeks.. as we wer pulling up the "housekeeper" was throwing the rubbish out the window! No... So this Hotel was OK, relatively good price and the bed was comfy. The location wasn't too bad but in the winter, the 15-20 minute walk to the nearest Luas station was a little nasty, taxi to the station was about 6-8 euros. Approx 18-20 euros into city centre. I would probably find something a little closer to the Southside... More

Stayed on Saturday 14th November for one night, arrived around 5 p. m. Encountered 3 Receptionists over the period of out stay, none of whom were welcoming or friendly. Rooms were quite spacious and seemed fine until we went to get into bed and found some black hairs on sheets, don't think I will be returning.

It mostly does what it says on the tin but the management need to sharpen the pencil. Room a virtual sauna even with window open. The radiator setting is broken and no alternative room so I'm stuck here. Then guess what....no bloody towels. Went down to reception and was handed a couple if crumpled up towels from behind the desk.... More
