This hotel was great for us girls, as it was so near the shops! Our room was clean, had everything we needed and staff were really helpful and even offered some great suggestions on where to go for food and some drinks, which turned out to be great!

Stayed here on a recent sun night and while the location is good there was not much else i can say about it . Room was dated and looking very tired around the edges and our room had the smallest tv i have ever seen in a hotel , I dont think it was more than 16'' !!!! Bed was... More

This hotel is in the perfect location - near Grafton Street, St Stephen's Green, theatre, shops, restaurants, pubs. Helpful reception staff. We stayed mid week and were on the fifth floor so noise wasn't really a problem, but I don't think I'd want to stay here at a weekend. The rooms are adequate and clean but definitely tired. It really... More

I stayed in this hotel last march , sadly it was a saturday night. I was traveling with children, and we were very unlucky to get a second floor room, right beside the night club, the noise was terrible, not just the music but from people outside talking ( shouting) etc. While the room was tired and could do with... Stopped at the Grafton Capital Hotel this May for a long weekend with friends in Dublin. Ideally located for everything. Staff friendly. Breakfast Excellent. Very clean but could do with a major re-decoration and moderisation of its rooms.....New windows would cut out a lot of the noise complaints. Myself i had no problems as i could sleep through an air... More

Just like you ask in your re-"view" box: Whern you enter the hotel you think you walk into a ancient movie, when we went up stairs to our room it even more looked like a hotel from the late 1900's. the information guide said furnished with "Antiques" this is sooo true, but where did they get these antiques ... at... Due to an overbooked Trinity Capital hotel, we were forced to take on 2 nights at the Grafton Capital. Excellent location in the shopping district, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. We were on the 4th floor and because we are such sound sleepers the noise didn't bother us that much and it was over by 1am anyway (in Belgium there is... More

The hotel is above a pub and there is a nightclub too. Friday night wasnt too noisy but after going to bed on Saturday night, I didnt sleep at all between midnight - 3am due to the loud music. We were on the third floor and still it sounded like it was in the next room, it was that loud.... More

We were given a so-called nice quiet room on the 5th floor. It turned out to be a very tired room with no heating control, no fridge, poor television reception and too few pillows - we had to ask several times for another one. We could accept these issues given the price - the problem was that we simply could... More

Ideal location for a stay in central Dublin. The room we had was a bit dated and tatty round the edges but good enough if you are on budget and ideal if you just plan to go out. My wife thought it was noisy but obviously I had enough to drink not to notice. Mind you you are right in... More
