We only stayed one night at the Grafton Capital. I also have no complaints about our room, or hotel staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient and helpful. They were great. My only complaint is not having in room wifi. Wifi is only on the first floor. Great location for Grafton street shopping and dozens... More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was exactly what we asked for.. It was clean, tidy and had no real issues with the room or hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. For those who complain about noise, you get what you pay for especially when booking a hotel in the centre of... More

I stayed at the Grafton Capital hotel last night with my friends. We went to the ACDC concert and the receptionist was very helpful giving us directions and recommendations!!! On the departure, there was the same receptionist and she gave us the option to storage our luggage at the hotel until our flight time, she booked a taxi for us, and... More

Hotel is in a great central location, however...... The hotel is very tired, Smoking is allowed in the 2nd Floor Rooms, unfortunately due to space issues we were placed in one of these rooms but not informed.

The hotel is right off of Grafton Street so it is near lots of great pubs, shopping and places to see like Trinity College, Temple Bar, and St. Stephen's Green. The room was comfortable and good size. The U.S. voltage outlet was a plus. The décor is a little dated but the lounge was comfortable and that is a good... More

Ok let's get the negatives out of the way first. No wifi in bedrooms,no flat screen tv, rooms a bit dated. Now the important stuff - Fantastic Location, room spotlessly clean, really comfy bed, great power shower, really friendly helpful staff who smiled and greeted every time they met you. Our room was cleaned each day before noon with fresh... More

This is an old hotel with great bones, but that could use some updating. It's hard to beat the location, near (but thankfully not in) the Temple Bar district, with great shopping, pubs and restaurants all around in every direction. Front desk staff were courteous and promptly replaced my key card when the one I had stopped working. If I... More

The plusses: it is in a very central location. You are minutes away from Grafton Street, Trinity College and lots of pubs/restaurants. The minuses: Dublin is an old city with old buildings. This is one. The rooms are small. We had to leave the window open for some ventilation and the street below was a bit loud early in the... More

Ideal if youre looking for a decent hotel in the centre of Dublin for a weekend break. Looks a bit dated, but I think thats the whole idea. Decor and mod cons are dated, shower was a bit dodgy (would be very hot one second and freezing the next), but room was clean enough otherwise. Our room was directly above... More
