I was given a room at the basement just below the lobby. It was really noisy until really late at night, you can hear people's footsteps just above you. There is only one bathroom and one toilet for girls, that is also used by the visitor of Paddywagon tour, so it is not really a decent toilet. The water heater... More

We came to this hostel right after staying at the Paddy's Palace in Belfast so we didn't really expect much, what we didn't expect though was that it was a little worse. It was me and another friend and we stayed in a 4 person dorm with shared bathroom. Upon check in the girl behind the desk completely ignored us... More

The dorm room was clean but very small, the shower was poor, had to keep pressing the button down. We had to check in at 1pm which was bad as we arrived in Dublin with massive bags at about 8am. The staff were nice however and the airport shuttle is useful! It was also in a great location and cheap... More

My daughter and I went to Ireland for the first time last year and we stayed at Paddy's Palace and it was the Greatest!! I know people want to stay at 5 star hotels when they are on vacations but when you are going on the cheap I say stay at Paddy's. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the... More

Let's talk about the room first. A 10 bed dorm with shower and space is cheaper than a 8 bed dorm from about 12m² with only 2 electricity sockets. Logical. Don't try and find the wifi in your room: you can only have it from the reception, where consequently, everyone is on their phone rather than socialising. The best is... More

The 3 nights that I spent in this hostel were an awful experience! we were fooled by their website - where the hostel looks like a really nice place, full of youth and joy, but in reality it's nothing like. The rooms are really small and only one socket for 10-12 people, that is hidden under the beds. The bathrooms... More

We took a tour from Paddy's Place to Cork Ireland. We visited the Blarney Stone, The Titan Museum, and the Cathedral. There was not much time allocated to eat but we had the opportunity to see a lot of sites. The tour bus driver was fun and knowledgeable about the sites.

Horrible and dump kitchen, the vapor of the pan was so that it would rain in the kitchen. Lousy. No wifi in the room, but just in the hall although it did not work properly ever. The worst staff I have ever met..very rude and ill-mannered. One of two showers and one of two bathrooms (for almost 20 people) have... More

This hostel is good if you are taking a paddywagon tour. It is one of the pick up points and is very central to all the nightlife in Dublin. The beds are nice and clean and there is a great FREE airport shuttle. A real winner for any budget traveller..!!

Stayed here before my paddywagon tour and loved how central it was. There was good security and a big kitchen. Its cheap and also has a free shuttle to and from the airport. For a good deal i can say this is really value and O Connell St is 300mts away.
