I booked the studio apartment here, the studio offered great accommodation, a good size, clean and functional. I was at the rear of the property overlooking the car-park so was quiet and heard no road noise from the front. I was only here for one night, I didn't really use the kitchenette other than to make a mug of coffee.... More

Great little spot in a superb location. Its not the Ritz but if you want value for money and a great location this is for you. Personally I love the old style building and it is just a short walk to Grafton Street, passing some of Dublin's finest pubs en route. An added bonus of free parking!!! Definitely recommend. Two... Latchford's is a fantastically located property on Dublin's southside, close to the hubub of Stephen's Green, and also easy access to Ballsbridge. A beautiful Georgian facade hides a selection of rooms. Free parking available at the back of the premises is an excellent plus - not for the nervous driver, or the driver of hummers! Not suitable for disabled access... More

Been at Latchfords for 10 days in July 2013. It was a great stay!!! Bus stop 50mt away. Tesco 3 minutes walking. Wonderful staff. Peaceful and quite at all time. I had a room in the Mews, on the upper floor: I just booked a single occupancy room so it was great to have kitchenette (perfectly equipped with everything, even... More

I enjoyed my stay here. Clean room, nice bathroom and good location. The location is not super central Dublin but it's perfectly fine if you have your walking shoes and like to guide yourself around as I did for 3 days. Dublin isn't too big. My room had a double bed and a small sink, fridge and tea and coffee.... More

I stayed in Latchfords for one night. My room was small but very comfortable and clean . The accomodation is in a very quiet area (busy for traffic) and very close to Grafton St and O'Connell St ( 10 -15 minutes walk.)Lady at reception was most helpful and friendly and there is a private car park at rear with coded... Latchford's is a good place to stay when visiting Dublin. It is an older building but the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We usually eat out when on holidays but decided to make use of kitchenette and so bought our supplies at the local supermarket and cooked some simple meals for ourselves.... More

This is an older building and we found it charming, but not everyone might. There are high moulded ceilings and marble fireplace mantles, but floors creak and there are some odd angles here and there. Having a kitchenette is handy. It is a quick walk to downtown and the staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

I recently spent 2 nights solo at the Latchfords of Baggot St. and found it to be an excellent value for the money. It was very close to St. Patrick's Day and I was trying to find nice accommodation without spending a lot of money. The hotel is centrally located and is convenient to Trinity College, Grafton St., St. Stephen's... More

I stayed in a small one bedroom apartment at Latchford's in August 2012. Because I was alone I got a great rate of 350 euros for the week. The apartment was comfortable and in the back of the property so it was very quiet. The kitchen is just a little kitchenette but I was able to make simple meals like... More
