I stayed at the Four Courts last April with a friend and our first impression was a good one. The reception staff was quite friendly (although sometimes quite grumpy) and the common rooms were awesome. They have a cool TV room with loads of DVDs and the free breakfast in the morning is definitely a plus. However, the room we... More

The staff are excellent, and the location was good for what we needed. The rooms are very basic, and the shower runs on a short timer which is very annoying. I was here for a stag do, but wouldn't recommend it for this purpose - it's more suitable for groups of young people.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We were 3 people staying in a 6 bedroom. Shared a bathroom with another room. Everything was clean. Great communal area, lots of great people from all over staying there. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff are wonderful! Really friendly and very helpful! Clean comfortable beds, close to city centre and not expensive! There over St Paddys day and staff gave us a free shot of Whiskey as we left for the day! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dublin!

Location is only a 10 minute walk to Temple Bar area. Very secure as you need to buzz from outside for access and they have 24/7 security. You must show access card and security pass to get in. Much better security than most hostels. Brazen Head bar is 2 minutes away and is the oldest pub in Ireland, so is... More

This is a rad place to stay if you're looking for a clean, friendly hostel to sleep in. Pros: - Really friendly staff that are willing to help out travelers for recommendations for a place to eat, get drinks, find an atm, etc. - They printed out our boarding passes for our next flight. - Reserved a shuttle to the... We travelled as a group of 6 so we got our own dorm. The hostel was clean with friendly staff. Good location, easy to walk to temple bar area and trinity college and took me about 15mins to o'connell st. The bus stop for the airport bus is only under 5min walk away.

The staff at this hostel was extremely friendly! Upon arrival they were ready to help us plan our day. Although we were unable to check in until 1 PM (which was still nice and early compared to most hostels) we were able to leave our luggage in their locked luggage room. They offered free breakfast, although a little to early... More

First, the staff was generally incredibly rude. The bed was unstable, the kitchen wasn't clean, the WiFi doesn't work past the 2nd floor (there are 4) and we were all (20+ of us) unimpressed. The good? Nightly fights outside for your entertainment. I didn't see many other hostels in the area and it was really busy so perhaps it's the... More
