We stayed at this B&B 2 nights, on our arrival we were welcomed by Pauline (I think?) who was nice, we didn't have much more interaction with the owners as we didn't have breakfast at the B&B. Our room was clean, there was a kettle, cups and tea bags as well as a bottle of water and glasses, which was... More

The room was very clean. The house is close to public transit to anywhere in Dublin. Owners were very helpful providing directions, and suggestions for food venues and providing taxis. Would stay there again.

HI stayed at Abberley house from Friday to Monday. We stayed in room 2 as advised by another reviewer. We had asked John and Margaret to organise hop on hop off bus tickets for us which they had and we picked these up in the airport on arrival. These are a fantastic purchase. Once again thanks for getting these for... More

Stayed three nights at this location. Nice, clean room and very friendly proprietors, willing to answer questions and direct the unfamiliar traveler. I would recommend this as a great choice for Dublin travelers. Close proximity to airport but situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Abberley House was really great! It was clean, quiet, with great breakfast, very beautiful decoration, friendly and helpful owners, not far from the centre! If we visit Dublin again, we are going to stay there for sure :)

My sister and I stayed at Abberley House for four days in late December, right before Christmas. The B&B is easily accessed by bus from the airport and was walking distance from the Drumcondra stop. Getting there was made easier since Margaret was kind enough to drop our 3 day Hop on/Hop Off bus tickets at the airport (we saved... More

Stayed here for 4 nights-John and Margaret are great hosts. Would recommend and would stay here again on another trip. Bus routes available to/from airport, to downtown. We even walked to downtown it was about 20 minutes with lots of interesting shops to pop in and out of along the way.

When making a short trip to a new location a good base is a must and this was right up there with the best of them. John & Margaret were the perfect hosts providing information a plenty coupled with a homely atmosphere where you are given that "Make yourself at home" feeling. Very Comfortable, clean room with a super comfy... More

Had a one night stay in this lovely B&B on Halloween night. House is located minutes from Croke Park. Can walk into town which is approx 15/20 minutes by foot, or approx €15 by taxi. Also within a 5/10 minute walk, there is a bus route taking you direct into city. The rooms in the B&B itself are lovely. Stayed... More
