We ( family of 2 adults/ mum heavily pregnant and 2 under 3's) stayed for 2 nights after getting a bargain of 19 euro per room. it was easily reached by the M50 ( turn off at Blanchardstown, keep left and take next left at the roundabout and it is into your right. Parking was free. Reception and all public... more

The Bathrooms are tired and need serious refurbishment. 1 - Shower connection is leaking and soaked the entire bathroom. 2 - Small insects crawling around sink. 3 - Bathroom ceiling is damp. 4 - Curtain rail is rusty. 5 - Bathroom floor is sagging at entrance. 6 - Cigarette burns on floor. Bedroom smells of smoke and I actually found... more

I stayed in this hotel many years ago so when my family and 2 of our friends decided a short trip to Dublin this was my first choice. Turns out that this wasn't the best idea i've ever had. There has clearly been no improvement since the last time I was there in 2003! We spent 20 minutes being checked... more

I used to stay in Travelodge an awful lot with my boyfriend. We both travel a lot for work and sometimes could only meet up once a week in Dublin and as Travelodge was the cheapest, we stayed there. In the last 6 months of last year, I'd say we stayed there on average once a week. However, it is... more

Stayed in two rooms with my husband and teenage daughters. Their tv didn't work one night but as we weren't in much we didn't bother to complain. The rooms were clean, no mould in the bathrooms (see other reviews) bedding and towels were clean. Nice friendly receptionist. The bus into the city can be caught by turning left onto the... more

Before traveling on to the rest of Ireland, we wanted to spend a night in Dublin and opted for Travelodge because the cost was low. The first room we were directed to clearly hadn't been cleaned - with soiled bed linen, the previous occupants' rubbish, dirty mugs and to top it all, dried vomit on the corner of the kids'... more

Worst travelodge I have ever stayed in! Bad location. Bathroom had a ceiling full of mould which we only noticed in the morning as arrived late and tired. Vehicles were broken into on the car park during our stay also. more

We stayed 3 nights at the Castleknock Travelodge with their E29 rate, which was a super deal for a family of 4. The room had one double bed and a twin couch with a twin trundle. It was clean and quiet, and 2 out of the 3 nights, the desk clerks were very helpful. We did early check in for... more
