Hi Just returned today after spending 2 nights in Dublin at this Hotel. It is in a great location just up from Parnell Square off O'Connell street so shopping and night life is within walking distance. Check in was great, the room was spotless and we will be returning to this Hotel very soon :-).

My wife and I stayed here hoping to get a good night sleep before our long trip back to the United States. The hotel room had a funny odor. The mattress had a ditch-shape in the middle of the bed, which was uncomfortable for our backs. I love Irish music and dancing, but not when I was trying to sleep.... More

Pros: room is fine if a little dated, staff is very friendly and helpful, good location in quick walking distance of O'Connell St Cons: wifi in the lobby only, none in the rooms. This would be okay but there is a bar next door and people are _constantly_ smoking right outside the hotel front door which is always open. Our... More

My husband booked a weekend in Dublin as a christmas present and because we had spent our honeymoon in Dublin 10 years previous, it was nice to go back. We arrived at the hotel at 11am only to be told we couldnt check in till 2pm, which was annoying because we had been travelling since 5am and wanted to unpack... More

On arriving to the hotel we were a little early and our room wasn't ready so we left our luggage and explored Dublin. On arriving back the staff checked us in and were extremely helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was beautiful, 2 large beds, considering we were a couple. The rooms were very clean, At night... More

Apparently this happened to quite a few people that used the irelandhotels.com site. The room was ok, but the bathroom ...... More

For a 3 star hotel, this was very impressive. All members of staff were helpful at all times. We had breakfast in the hotel and this was standard. We also had bar snacks whilst we were there and these were of a good standard. The Hotel is very central for most of Dublins attractions and we took full advantage going... More
