My wife and I stayed here hoping to get a good night sleep before our long trip back to the United States. The hotel room had a funny odor. The mattress had a ditch-shape in the middle of the bed, which was uncomfortable for our backs. I love Irish music and dancing, but not when I was trying to sleep....

Pros: room is fine if a little dated, staff is very friendly and helpful, good location in quick walking distance of O'Connell St
Cons: wifi in the lobby only, none in the rooms. This would be okay but there is a bar next door and people are _constantly_ smoking right outside the hotel front door which is always open. Our...

They were very kind, even if under stress due to a reservation mess caused by irelandhotels.com: they contacted them, accepted us for one night and made sure we had another hotel for the other 2 nights we had reserved. Apparently this happened to quite a few people that used the irelandhotels.com site.
The room was ok, but the bathroom ......

For a 3 star hotel, this was very impressive. All members of staff were helpful at all times. We had breakfast in the hotel and this was standard. We also had bar snacks whilst we were there and these were of a good standard. The Hotel is very central for most of Dublins attractions and we took full advantage going...
