Visited this hotel on a tour with Brendan vacations. This hotel was very accommodating when we arrived for our tour in Ireland. We arrived about 7:00am and they gave us our rooms early. I really appreciated that. Very close to the american embassy. Kinda close to the green, but a bit of a walk.

First impression - my taxi driver cant drop me off the actual front door because the hotel closed down the path. Later I learned it was because of festivities of the Kerry team after they won the finals - which is great, although I hoped the hotel actually thought of an alternative drop-off place. The receptionists were OK - not... More

I stayed four nights with my boyfriend and we really did not like it. The water was broken when we got there, you had to pay for wifi (which is important when you are travelling abroad and need it to do day planning), the elevator was broken, our room was in some different tower so far away from main lobby,... I stayed at this hotel, which was booked for me for a conference and stayed in the towers. My first impressions were that the 2 bed room allocated to me was spacious and had a lovely bathroom, as well as realising i was well connected to the city centre via DART. We were provided with lunch and dinner for the duration... More

The worst hotel stay I've ever had. Dinner service was extremely slow even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. It took three hours to get our food. Our complaints weren't even acknowledged. We we're put in an adjoining room which meant I could hear the party going on in thhe next room. When I asked reception to tell... More

I booked this hotel quickly, and before arriving I started reading such terrible reviews that I got really nervous about my stay. I'm sorry I even bothered reading those reviews because I had a great stay. It was just me and I had a rather large 2 bed room, and a lovely bathtub. (I stayed in the towers) despite what... More
