This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. A group of 6 of us stayed in 3 rooms on 3 different floors and all had the same poor experience. A hot summers day with no air conditioning left it very uncomfortable to sleep in. In the morning, hotel staff knocked on our room door and opened it 3 times before 10.30am!... More

Excellent location!! The Tower has some tastefully done rooms, brilliant bar and restaurant and responsive housekeeping. Front desk embodies the experience the moment you walk in and make the process of check in hassle free. Special mention to Ciara at Front Desk for helping out with several wifi requests!

We enjoyed our stay here. One cannot expect European hotels to always be the same quality as US ones. With that said-it was a nice clean hotel & interesting area. Local restaurants are good & of course the Guinness is cold & tastey!

I can understand why this place gets mixed reviews. On the surface it is okay and sometimes you get good service. HOWEVER The staffing of the restaurants is awful. I waited ages to even be seated for breakfast, the system wasn't explained to me, the buffet dish tops were disgustingly greasy, the poached eggs were wildly overcooked, I had to... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Location very good. Service was shocking. Breakfast was a disaster dinner also. Prices very expensive. Would not stay here again. We complained each time and a manager would come out to apologise but they need more experienced staff especialky when they are booked out. Customer service not a priority.

My family and I stayed here on Saturday 19th July - to attend Miss Ireland competition. - As the event is one of a kind, you would expect the same from a hotel. I can assure you it is not 4*, bedrooms are in need of some TLC, walls covered in stains, tiles are missing from the bathroom, and there... More

Keep this short and sweet. Stayed last night for Miss Ireland. Dirty sock in room from last person stayed there. Cobwebs and dust in bathroom. Next was the dinner. Go at cheese starter was beautiful. Chicken main course was complete cap. Small portion and potatoes cold. The air con blew nothing but hot air all night in the room. This... More

We stayed four people in two rooms in this hotel for one night. The rooms were OK, and would have been quite comfortable if it hadn't been muggy weather and there being no air conditioning (windows were open when we arrived but that helped only so much). Rooms don't feel quite luxurious, not four-star in my book; some of the... More
