Mix up with our room booking but they got us a fold out bed which on St. Patrick's weekend was a life saver. Nice staff with clean rooms, and in a nice quiet area. A fair walk to city centre but was nice walking off the Jamesons from the night before.

Very polite and helpful staff; let us take a pot of tea up to our room after breakfast was finished and got more hot food for us quite quickly even though breakfast was nearing the end. Whilst overall I wouldnt fault this place which probably represents good value for Dublin dont get too carried away after reading the reviews as in many ways its pretty average. Older property near to but not in the city. Parking a hassle unless you pay and instructions to find it were poor considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The family room is quite spacious and could accommodate 5 people. The rooms are bit old and sufficient enough. Adequate heating even in Winter, Midway between City center and Dublin airport. Grossarie shops like Tesco and Restaurants like Eddie Rockets are near by.

18 of us stay here for a friends 40th. Our room was nice & clean only down side there was no kettle we did ask but we never got one but no big deal. Breakfast was good but a little greasy for me, you have to ask for fried eggs if you want one.
