My wife and me stayed 2 times in this beautiful guest house and we found great. The location is amazing..just 5 minute by bus to the city center and in one of the most beautiful residential area of Dublin, Drumcondra. The service is excellent and every morning you will start your day having a full irish breakfast. Egan's is equipped... more

My boyfriend and I landed in Dublin early in the morning. When we got to Egan’s House, it was only 10:30 AM or 11 AM. We were allowed to check in early. Although there were only 2 of us, we had a huge room, with 3 twin size beds and a full size bed. The facilities are adequate, but the... more

Stayed two nights. Room tidy, clean and soundproof. Enjoyed our stay there. My friend liked the Irish breakfast very much but I did not like it at all, cheap food, nothing personal about your breakfast experience. Buses very close by too. Had a free parking space off the road, but would be concerned about busy times...not too many parking spaces.... more

This guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! This was my first trip to Ireland and my teenage son and daughter and my 7 year old daughter were with me. Even before we left Aberdeen, Manon, one of the receptionists had emailed me with details of how to get from Dublin airport to the guesthouse and could not have been more helpful. The... more

This is a good hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in a triple room for £170, great value and really good room with four beds and good breakfast. Its not far to Dublin either, not as close as some but easy to get a bus or taxi. The reception sells bus tickets and a taxi from town cost us about 14... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Egan's. The reception staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, nothing was any trouble. The breakfast staff were full of smiles and cooked our eggs to order and the choice in the buffet was great. The room was clean, quite small and rather warm, but we could open a window easily enough. Just loved... more

I stay at Egan's House on a regular basis as I am always welcomed by friendly, efficient staff to comfortable accommodation and facilities. I have tried many other hotels in Dublin but Egan's is the place for me and my colleagues. more

The hotel is located in a quiet, residencial area. It is not at walking distance from the city center, but there are frequent bus services back and forth. Ours was a family room, with two double and two single beds, TV, and private bathroom. Breakfast was abundant and varied. Overall, an excellent place to stay! more

Dolly the receptionist on my arrival was friendliness and helpfullness itself! Nothing was too much trouble and she continued to be so during my stay. The other receptionists were just as kind and helpful. My single room was small, cosy, newly decorated and well equipped with iron and ironing board, tv, hairdryer and a built in shower room. The whole... more
