My father found this place after coming back from 2 months on the Camino in Spain, and he recommended it when my husband and I met up with him in Dublin. It was very cozy, friendly, and warm. Also inexpensive :) We had originally decided to stay just 1 night, and then move closer to City Center, but after being... More

Stayed one night during web summit. Great value and very comfortable. It was a bit far out of the centre but overall I'd really recommend it.The room we had was huge and we were able to park the car right outside the door.

I stayed as part of a group of 7 -5 of us stayed in the 6 bed 'attic' room. Situated at the top of the hotel, there are a few flights of stairs to get to it (no lift). The room was nice and clean and the bathroom well sized. It is well situated for the airport and to get... More

The people at the reception are very accommodating and approachable, the room I stayed in was a double room, it had everything you may need in a room. An Edwardian building with a modern twist. Perfect value for money

My family and I had a great overnight stay at Egans house on our first trip to Dublin. We booked the attic room which had plenty of room for the six of us, and also had its own very clean and modern bathroom. We found it very easy to find from the airport, and the staff were very friendly and... More

We enjoyed our stay at Egans house. We had a room overlooking the road. It was surprisingly peaceful and we could see trees. The breakfast was good but the dining room was not large enough. When the house was full everyone seemed to want use the breakfast room at once. There were tvs in the room but you could only... More

Comfortable beds but no hot water, Ensuite was clean but toilet was not on arrival and not much interest when we informed staff. Thought it expensive @ 10 euro for breakfast when we were making booking so didn't book it. Handy for bus access to city centre. Wouldn't go back

After a time of sickness and laid up in hospital early this year, my husband and I decided to spend our summer holidays in Dublin again. We had been there for several times, and we were sure that it would be the best place for my complete recovery. What could be better than staying at the place you love the... More

I spent a few days at Egans House and I really enjoyed it. My room was nice and clean, with a convenient bathroom. There is a double lounge where you can sit for a while and meet other travellers. It is located in a quiet place, not far from the city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful, and does... More

We stayed in Egans House for three nights during our trip trough Ireland. It's a nice guesthouse in a good neighborhood. The room was very small and warm but claen and the bed was good. We couldn't open a window because it was ground floor on the street side. The breakfast was a buffet. Not what I expected, but okay.... More
