What more can I say? breakfasts are outstanding, bus stops are just outside, rooms are immaculate - as are their facilities. Gerry's an outstanding host and couldn't be more helpful - nothing's too much trouble for him.

Excellent location if you have a car and the owner couldn't be friendlier. It's easy to get there from the airport and easy to hop a bus into the center of Dublin. Jerry even has a handy card to show you where to catch the bus back. If you're really sensitive to traffic noise ask for a room that opens... More

After reading the reviews about this b&b we decided that we wanted to make a booking. After enquiring with the fantastic host Gerry we found that there was no availability when we planned to stay. We decided to rearrange our itinerary and visit Dublin later in our trip so that we could stay here. It certainly didnt disappoint. Gerry was... More

This was my first experience in Dublin and I was quite impressed. Gerry was a wonderful host who made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and bright, the breakfast was delicious, and the place was relaxing and quiet. It is off a busy road and we took a bus from downtown which was about a 30 minute ride but... More

Beech Lodge is an excellent Bed and Breakfast located close to major bus routes in and out of Dublin City. The whole experience was extremely pleasant. This is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts I've stayed in this year. It is very well run and nothing is too much trouble for Gerry. He is a great host. The rooms... More

Myself and my mum chose to stay at Beech Lodge after reading the reviews on here and it didn't disappoint. We couldn't have asked for more during our 3 night stay (9th to12th July 2014). Gerry was very prompt at answering any questions via email and it was made clear to me before booking that the only room available at... More

Friends recommended we stay at Beech Lodge and we weren't disappointed. Gerry was the consummate host, from sitting with us over a cup of tea when we arrived to pointing out sights to see and how to get there. The breakfasts were amazing and Gerry encouraged the other guests to share experiences and conversation. We stayed in 10 hotels/B and... More

I wasn't feeling well when I got to Beech Lodge. It was at the end of a 3-week England/Ireland trip, and I had a terrible cough. What a relief it was to get to this lovely B&B! The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace and comfort. That feeling was only the beginning of a uniquely wonderful... More

We stayed at Beech Lodge B&B in July 2014 and we had a very nice welcome. Gerry is very kind, friendly and helpful: he greeted us warmly, explained us everything about Dublin and recommended us the best restaurants. Our bedroom was comfortable, clean and smart. At breakfast it seemed to be at the restaurant: a sumptuously decked table, fresh food... More

Gerry brought us into the living room the minute we arrived, with offer of refreshment while he explained the basics of getting around Dublin from his lovely home. We were even provided with EXACT information on what busses to catch back and forth from Dublin and what streets we would catch them from! And listen to Gerry--if he tells you... More
