I am so happy to have found this B and B for our first trip to Dublin. Gerry is a very attentive and welcoming host. We had such a nice time chatting with him. He doesn't miss a beat with detail. He is a great tourist guide! His recommendations for restaurants near the hotel were perfect. Our favorite was Hole... More

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. The location is around 20 minutes out from Trinity College by bus, but the bus stop to get there is only a block away from Beech Lodge. Even though this place isn't in the direct center of Dublin, it is still worth staying because of... More

After carefully planning our trip through Scotland, we decided to just do Ireland more... as we go. It was so very good that we found Gerry on tripadvisor and contacted him directly. It is a wonderful place to stay. The bus picks you up right outside the door and takes you downtown in minutes. Dublin is an awesome city to... More

2 couples 2 nights in September in Dublin with the sunshine made even more special by the charisma, enthusiasm and attention to detail of Gerry the host at the Beech Lodge. Top class rooms, Surperb breakfasts made to order and a host always on hand to offer his experience of the city. His initial welcome should be celebrated and embraced... More

This B&B is so convenient to catch the bus the few miles into Dublin city centre and to be able to leave one's car parked at the B&B. But it is also an excellent, welcoming and comfortable place to stay. It is very clean, with good facilities and Gerry is always on-call to provide tourist information and advice - that... More

No detail is too small for the owners to have already thought about. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly have needed. Gerry is a wonderful cook and the breakfasts were terrific. My husband had the full irish and loved it. Location is perfect, right on the bus line into town and Gerry will tell you... More

We were surprised to find this B&B right on a busy road but you can't hear road noise once inside. The rooms are pretty small which is not atypical for Ireland, just be aware that you need to be creative with your space. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were very good. Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with... More

I booked a room here for my Mother and a friend when they were visiting Dublin, they both spoke very highly of the Beech Lodge. The accommodation was of a very high standard, the location was perfect for them for it's close proximity to the city centre and Phoenix park. Gerry was very welcoming and helpful in providing directions and... More

The time we spent at the Beech Lodge Bed and Breakfast was amazing. I have always wanted to try out a B&B and was not sure what to expect. I will say that our experience was a great one. My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Gerry was so friendly and accommodating and was... More
