I loved our stay here. Gerry was very great host - he had lots of tips for where to eat, drink and be happy. HE gave us directions and suggestions on where to go. A bus stop is only a block away to take you to Centre City in about 5 minutes. The location is quieter than staying in Dublin... More

A great place to stay a quick bus ride out of the busier Dublin city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful with great suggestions for dinner, transport options and then because we had to leave very early in the morning, he packed us a paper bag breakfast left outside our door the night before.... The Beech Lodge was a great place to stay just outside of the city center. Gerry was a wonderful host, and provided helpful information about the area and the bus routes to and from the city. The room was very nice and was perfect for our first time in Ireland. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to... More

We loved staying at Beech Lodge to start off our trip around Ireland, and are glad we booked it a second time for our return to Dublin before flying back home. The proximity to the airport and the city center is ideal. If you like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet want to... More

This is a beautiful, clean B&B conveniently located on many bus lines that take you to city center in just minutes. Gerry was very welcoming and unbelievably organized. He sent us out prepared with tons of advice regarding where to go, how to get there, where to eat, drink and be entertained each day. As others here have noted, the breakfasts... More

Gerry was a great host, the home is well kept, nice rooms and good Irish breakfasts. The bus to Dublin stops outside the front gate. Just a short 15 min into Dublin so the B & B location is good. Local food options were a bit hit and miss, however Gerry's recommendation of the 'Bank' in Dublin was great.

Stayed at this b&b and it was a great place ta stay. The host Gerry is a great guy, so informative and tells you everything you need to know to help you enjoy your stay. The b&b is immaculate and the breakfasts are as good as you will get anywhere. Bus stop is just outside the b&b and they run... More

I picked this B&B based on the really positive Trip Advisor reviews. First of all Gerry is a gem. He was super helpful in sorting us out for getting around, the bus, where to eat etc.And made us feel very welcome. It was our 1st time in Dublin and staying at his B&B is got us off on the right... Goodness...where do I start?! First off, don't hesitate...just book this B&B if they have availability! The raving reviews here don't lie. I am not one to post reviews but when something/service is outstanding, I will share it! However, I feel that I will only echo all the positive reviews here already...but that is the reason why I booked this place...with... More

We selected Beech Lodge B & B based on all the glowing Trip Advisor reviews, and after spending 4 nights at Gerry's B & B in Dublin with my husband and another couple, the four of us wholeheartedly agree with all the previous positive reviews! Gerry excels as a host and runs his business like a true professional. His B... More
