My husband and I have been traveling around the UK for the past 10 days staying at various B&Bs. This one was the best by far. The room was just the right size, toiletries provided as well as tea and snacks in the room. There was also a very detailed notebook provided with bountiful information on attractions, buses, inn policies... More

Everything you need in a B&B. Gerry was very helpful in helping us learn how to get around. The breakfast each morning was very impressive. It is a short bus ride into the heart of Dublin. Easy airport access and Gerry will book it for you. Thanks to Gerry for making our Dublin stay a wonderful experience.

The B&B was conveniently located, with a 20min bus ride to the city center. Gerry and his wife were warm and friendly hosts that made us feel right at home for our first night in Ireland. Our one night stay was completed with a great breakfast and spot on recommendations from Gerry for our trip ahead. I would highly recommend... More

We visited for my fiancee's birthday and Gerry was extremely helpful in helping me organise our few days. Dublin centre is a 10-15 minute bus ride away and there are several buses that run to town so you're never waiting long. Quick for the airport too and if they book the taxi for you, you get %20 off (as long... More

My teenage daughter and I stayed at Beech Lodge from Apr 28 - May 3, and enjoyed it very much! Our room was very cozy, bed comfortable, nice en suite set-up. The house was quiet - we rarely heard anything other than a door shutting. Breakfast was wonderful! Choices, choices, choices, and big meals that lasted us right through 'til... More

My friend and I stayed at Beech Lodge for two nights, and it couldn't have been better. Gerry is an incredibly warm host and made us feel right at home. Our room was absolutely wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and his recommendations were spot-on. The B&B is a wee bit outside of the Dublin city centre; it takes maybe 20... More

We chose thisB&B because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. Another couple and my husband and I stayed her during our holiday. Gerry Bryne certainly is a master at welcoming guests to his home, his lovely city and answering all questions concerning Dublin & the surrounding areas. Our room was good size, with a comfortable mattress and... More

I stayed with Gerry and Phil for three days earlier this month while cycling around Dublin in advance of a week-long ride. Their home is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and it is extremely convenient to the city---either by bus or a dedicated cycling lane. While nearly every B&B offers the "traditional Irish breakfast", Gerry really takes it to another level, making... More

We have just spent 4 very enjoyable nights at Beech Lodge. The rooms are of a very high standard, the breakfast is superb and the location near public transport makes it easy and cheap to get to wherever you want. Gerry provided excellent local knowledge on places to see and eat and how to get there. We were a little... More
