I'm not quite sure who gave this hotel as many stars but we had a mixed experience with the service and rooms. The room had two air conditioners, both of which malfunctioned, and the window seemed jammed. I was told that the windows were "fastened shut for health and safety reasons", but as it turns out (a day later) the... more

Thank you for your review. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed our bar & restaurant. We were disappointed to hear that you had issues with your air conditioning unit in your room and can assure you that we have investigated & rectified the issue as part of our on-going upgrades. Due to health & safety we are obliged...

Top class service from the most helpful and friendly team I have ever met. Worth staying for the breakfasts alone! As an events organiser you get the feel of a place from your initial contact. Mine was Lorna who from first meeting a year ago through to the close of the event last week has been fantastic. She is part... more

We recently used Stillorgan Park Hotel to host one of our annual conferences, with 150 visitors coming from all over the world. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful in assisting with the running of the event which ran smoothly and successfully. We have organised this particular conference 6 times now, and this is the best venue... more

Visited in May for a Dublin break. We decided to stay just out of Dublin as we thought the value and class would be better. We were not disapointed, the staff are very helpful, the food is marvelous, either in the restaurant or in the bar. I will definately go back if we visit Dublin again. Give a try, you... more

The reception staff were welcoming and friendly when we booked into this hotel. The room was clean and adequate although the view was other bedrooms across a vented flat roof. Also it would have been good to have a mini bar in the room. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working properly and we couldn't open the window fully yet... more

Having booked a room for myself, my wife and 5 month old baby, we headed to the hotel with great expectations of a nice, relaxing few days. Having checked in to a lukewarm welcome from the reception staff, I made my way up to my assigned room. Straight away I noticed a quite loud humming noise outside. Peering out, I... more

We have communicated with this guest to apologise for not meeting their expectations while at our hotel. The instances of the fire alarm activating in the middle of the night, while very annoying, particularly when you have a small baby travelling with you, are very necessary, despite the fact they were deemed to be non emergency, as all alarms do...

On 13th May 2009, I froze my day job as the Money Doctor to organise a charity concert in aid of Pieta House (a registered charity - [--] preventing suicide and self harm) and turned the confernece centre into a concert venue. We had 410 individually numbered seats, very well laid out for the appearance of Fairport Convention. Darragh O';Neill... more

As a frequent traveller around Europe and the states I would consider this hotel to be as amicable as any I have stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my collegues given the approachability of staff who where are all time professional , courtious and effecient. responding to my every request (of which there many) immediately. The... more
