Not a very nice place to stay water stains all over the celling and paper thin walls could not do anything without getting some one banging the wall. Can't say anymore would not stay again.it may be different this year but i don,t think so by the look of the front when walking passed it has not changed.

I didn't read reviews before we went. I just booked it because it looked central on the map and was a cheaper option in a city that isn't cheap. I WISH I had paid more. The front door is a fond place for junkies to meet their dealers - not the hotels fault. The alley behind the hotel is a... More

The location of this hotel is it's only good point, if you can put up with the noise from one of Dublin's busiest streets through the ill fitting windows. The room itself was very tired looking, 3 out of 4 light bulbs did not work or where missing. The floorboards from the room above creaked badly. The bed was ok... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty net curtains, large crack on window. Toilet that needed flushed several times to clear. Paint peeling, shower surround disgraceful. No heating, eventually given a one legged electric heater after complaining we were cold. Room service arrived at 16.30 changed towels and washed cups. Bed not made. Could go on... More

My friend and I had a twin room booked for just 1 night, 21 Oct 14 and that was enough!!! On entering the room we discovered we had just 1 pillow each and that was a mere 1 inch thick, the bedding and towels were clean though. We asked for extra pillows and were told that the hotel was full... More

This hotel is in a great location I don't think you can get better and was cheap to book I'm not one for posh hotels as you don't spend enough time in them! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel stunk of smoke and our room was very dirty the net at the window was disgusted the... More

We arrived to a stale smoke smell inside the reception and a load of suitcases from checked out guests in the main foyer. We arrived too early to check in and were ushered to leave our bags along with the others, but we kindly declined and carried them round with us rather than leaving them next to the doorway of... I didn't expect much from a place that was €77 for a double room for one night (price is why they have 3 stars and not 2) but when I went in the paint was falling off the walls. All soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty with no other alternatives. The bed itself was OK but with 2 very... More

I am 63. Very good location-central near shopping facilities and bus services-Room and bathroom basic but clean - could do with being refurbished. My room faced the main street - somewhat loud but to be expected - not really a negative factor. Room without breakfast - but one can get a cheap full breakfast in any one of the nearby... More
