After reading the reviews on here I have to admit I was worried. When booking it was one of the cheapest options without staying in a hostel. I was not interested that the 'tv only had three channels' as we spent our time exploring and had no interest in watching TV. The rooms were dated but very clean and were... More

What can I say. I was part of a group that was in Dublin for a match. We saw this was cheap and in a great location and it did the job just fine. Twas basic enough and aircon would've been nice but fun r the price and location I'd have no problem going back.

This hotel fulfilled our needs for an overnight in Dublin, clean and comfortable and steps away from all that Dublin has to offer. Checking in and out was smooth and effortless, reception staff were friendly and helpful and we wouldnt hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Dublin. This hotel has many poor reviews but sometimes people expect... More

We stayed here for 1 night, & if it was 5 stars I would complain. But it says clearly 2 stars. & so for that it's good value. Sheets were clean staff were very friendly & helpful. Carlos cafe next door do a great breakfast. Great location, right next to the spire. Great for when your a little intoxicated on... More

Myself and my mother stayed here recently whilst we were on holiday to Dublin. A travel agent chose this holiday on our behalf so we were not sure what to expect. The hotel is very convenient as it is based on O'Connell street. The hotel rooms, although had clean sheets were very dated and not acceptable. We were hoping for... More

Right on O'Connell street which was very convenient. The room was clean and basic. You can get your breakfast and dinner next door...so handy. However the beds were very low and you could feel every spring in our mattress...safe to say it had seen better days.

Exactly what I expected for the money . Clean but slightly dated. Staff were excellent and being able to leave cases was no problem . Rooms slightly hot but heating was off . It's a traveller budget hotel and it's a great location

Stayed for two nights at the Lynam as part of a package. It was basic as hotels go and looked as though it could do with some money spent on it. However, for the price we paid for the short break it was good value. Being on O'Connell Street it could not have been any more central. The downside to... More

Me and my husband had a lovely stay in Lynams hotel last week, the hotel is located in one of the main streets of Dublin, and the staff was very friendly, the receptionist, I don't remember her name, gave us good tips about tourists attractions.
