Visited this hotel for a weekend with friends on a hen party 2/5/2015. Great location, rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very happy to help anytime. Breakfast was beautiful and plenty of it,well worth the money and I would definitely recommend a visit.

If this is a three star hotel, it is on a different planet. Tatty furniture, stinky pillows, things that bite you in bed and insecure door locks. The host wants you to join in the comedy, displaying a sign that property in rooms is the responsibility only of the occupants. But as you can open a locked door with just... More

Basic hotel room but clean unless you look closer at some things. Was very worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews. Could do with redecoration as paintwork looked grubby, some dirty marks on walls and light fittings. Very central location, breakfast very nice. Basically you get what you pay for, cheap basic hotel if you have high... More

Hi It was our first trip in Ireland; we stayed in Lynams Hotel which is in the shadow of Dublin Spire. Our reservation was made by Asian smart guy named Adeel who welcomed us cheerfully and helped us everything else we needed even though our return flight tickets, boarding pass and takeaway food were also arranged by him. Hotel was... More

The location is great, but that's where the positives end. The staff were very unfriendly, there was a confusion with our booking (and no apology), followed by a checking in fiasco, the rooms are extremely basic (not even a chair provided). We booked and paid for the full Irish breakfast, but found out the next morning that we could get... More

were to start. Can't believe I have to give this hotel 1 star rating as it's not even worth that Firstly checking in is a nightmare and having to wait around for ages before you can. When we eventually got to our rooms it was like a bomb site. The carpets were dirty the walls were plastered with dirt and... More

We had the misfortune to stay in this hotel over a weekend period. Booked through Tour Centre UK. The double room we booked turned into a twin room. The bathroom light didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, the bedroom curtain was filthy and the paid for, Full Irish Breakfast turned into a Continental one ! The male Asian staff... More

Let me summarise how my 3days and nights went: the lady that works during the day is so rude and UNHELPFUL the rest of the staff where quite nice though. Onto the room: the tv was broken (a crack right down the side), the carpit had mold, the duvet cover had a hole the size of my hand and a... More
