We had the misfortune to stay in this hotel over a weekend period. Booked through Tour Centre UK. The double room we booked turned into a twin room. The bathroom light didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, the bedroom curtain was filthy and the paid for, Full Irish Breakfast turned into a Continental one ! The male Asian staff... More

Onto the room: the tv was broken (a crack right down the side), the carpit had mold, the duvet cover had a hole the size of my hand and a... More

Stayed here yesterday. Room no 1. I work in a 4 star hotel in Galway. I know a good hotel. This place is a dump. The door of my room was something from the stone age. Walked in to find window open. Heat off. I was in a rush out so I had no time to complain. The bed covers... More

We stayed here for St Patrick's day. When checking in there had been some confusion over the booking and the staff were very unhelpful and were trying to make out the girl who had organised the stay was lying about certain issues. Check in said from 2pm, although their idea of from 2pm could mean you have to wait an... More

One member of staff said we could stay till 4, we decided to leave at 1 and were made to pay 30 euros which was ridiculous. there were also builders outside our window from 9am which woke us up on both days.... Its friendly staff could give you all the city infos from this little but well located hotel down in O'Connel street. Good for a beautiful weekend in Dublin, good service and reception h24, breakfast included. We had a satisfying exp so we recommend to everyone want to visit this beautiful city, starting from the city center.

Really enjoyed my stay, staff very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying there again. Very central, The hotel kept my luggage for part of the day I checked out which allowed me to explore the city.

This part was good value for money. The room was very basic, the base of the bed was very soiled, on the plus... More
