My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in September 2014. We arrived before our check in time and staff couldn't have been more helpful in arranging for us to check in early. We had originally booked a double room but were upgraded to a junior suite because of the Irish football final and staff wanted to... More

The O'Callaghan Alexander is a decent business hotel right in the center of Dublin, most of the major sights are in walking distance. The rooms and amenities are nice and clean, but nothing to write home about. A nice touch (still less common than they should be) were both US and Euro style sockets at the desk. The gym is,... More

I made a lady minute booking here in the beginning of October as my wife had just delivered our baby in Holles street hospital that evening. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, lifting a somewhat tired feeling hotel above average.

Hotel looked great. Expensive drinks but staff were extremely helpful, Sara a waitress was amazing help and is a credit to the hotel. Would definatly come again! Looks beautiful, lobby was gorgeous. Overall over priced but a great location and excellent staff!

We booked for three nights for a long weekend in DUblin. Good location between Trinity College and Merrion Square. We arrived without our case which had been lost in transit from Gatwick. It finally turned up 12 hours later but hotel staff were very helpful and reassuring about its fate (it's not uncommon for Aer Lingus to 'forget' to load... More

Generally a good hotel. I attended for a conference, and the room was booked on my behalf. Bedroom itself was good with a Huge bed. The bathroom however let the whole room down. It was in desperate need of an update, scruffy shower curtain, out-dated and corroded fittings on the shower, generally looking cheap and old fashioned. Needed a full... More

The hotel looked well, the drink selection was quite restricted I.e. no Budweiser and €5.60 a bottle is quite expensive, the food was really nice and The staff were great ! Stephen Dominick and Chloe especially 10/10

I stayed here for 1 night with a friend, we had travelled down to Dublin for some shopping. The hotel was in a great location with everything within 10mins walk. The hotel itself was well presented, our room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the hotel in the evening... More

We stayed at the Alexander for 4 nights at the beginning of October. Overall the hotel was very nice and the staff is extremely friendly, much like the rest of the people in Ireland. The room was just a little bit warm, so that was our only complaint...which is pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. The location is... More
