Was working near Dublin and looking for a hotel for an overnight freshen up. Stayed in a double room which had more than enough for my needs. Nice large room with everything and more you could need for an overnight trip. Inclusive internet and desk to catch up on emails. Check in was easy with courteous staff. Room easy to... More

Stayed here for 5 nights last week with family. Booked this hotel basically for the price. We wanted just a base whilst we did some touristy things. Overall Hotel is fine for what we wanted. Basic but clean. Yes it could do with a facelift..... Have used this hotel over the years and little has changed. But room was a... More

I needed a base to explore Dublin for a week in the 6 week holidays with my wife and 3 daughters. I couldnt believe how expensive most hotels were and cottages were even more expensive! After a lot of searching I found this hotel and got a price of £500 for the week for a family room which I thought... More

The bar staff were rude to us, the head bartender came to our table and accused us of pushing an older lady and gentleman out of their seats. The couple protested with us saying that they had said they would move since there was a larger group of us (6 people). He would not listen to the elderly couple and... More

Nice hotel and convenient for Dublin. About 15 min walk to the Luas or you can get a taxi outside the door for €7, If you want to go to the city center it would be about €25. It is a hotel that needs a good face lift. Now that the Maldron group have taken over maybe it might happen.... More

Used this hotel several times in the last few years in a business capacity. It used to be ok, but not anymore. This is the last time I use this place. I had many problems getting wifi whilst in my room, and contacted reception a few times. No help, despite them saying is get wifi in every room. Not the... More

We stayed here last week, and the hotel is only average at best. Reception staff were efficient, bar staff were nice but the bar was very busy and our waitress seemed under pressure! Bar food was lovely once it arrived. The room really needs an update, especially the bathroom. The noise of people shouting and running up and down the... More

Reading previous reviews made me a little dubious about this place, but having stayed in Many hotels around the globe (both 5* and hovels) I tend to keep an open mind. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, we were checked in quickly. The room was appropriate to the booking and it was clean with enough towels and tea... More

This is not my first time staying here but I think it will be my last. Too many negatives to encourage me to come back. • Only 3 large towels and 3 small put into a family room. We had 4 people in our room! • Shower head needs to be seriously descaled. It's a joke! • Shower curtain doesn't... More
